I ordered my meds on Sunday, the payment didn’t get taken till mid week and I’m still waiting for the medication to arrive on Friday. I called on Wednesday and they said they’d just been dispatched. Have had to buy elsewhere.

I regret taking on my terminal. I feel that the salesman lied to me at the start. He said £21 pm for the unit but didn't mention that is plus vat. He didn't say there was a £5.76 montly PCI charge and a £42 pci annual flat fee and a £10 per month mininum billing charge with Barclaycard. So not £21pcm but £44.26 that's more than double what I expected. They subsequently said I'd signed a document with these figures on but I printed out what I signed at the time of signing and it was not listed. It was only once I started seeing the bills that I found out. What looked like it may have been cheaper than my previous paypal account ended up significantly more expensive. After all that you are then tied in for at least a year and have to give two months notice even if you want to leave at the end of that year. I am leaving soon and I can't wait.
My business has barely been able to trade this year because of Covid, I basically used the unit for a month before lockdown however I have still been paying £25 per month to Take payments and the other charges via Barclaycard. They agreed to remove the £10 per month minumum charge as it hadn't been made clear to me and as I was barely trading, however it then went back on after the period that Barclaycard had removed it over lockdown.
I will have paid over £500 for something I have barely used and feel that I was mislead into taking this service. It simply wasn't appropriate for my trading level before Covid. The salesman was aware of my turnover. He was charming and appeared trustworthy. I feel angry and conned. I would not recommend at all. Zero stars.

A good service, fast delivery

I love my pergola. It is well designed, well made and has clear instructions for assembly making it easy for two people to construct. It arrived on time. It’s transformed the rear of my house and has created deep shade reducing the heat in my living room and creating a lovely outdoor seating area.

Good value, a great range of choice and excellent service. I went for next day delivery which made it even better for only a few pounds more. It came lunchtime the next day.
