Glad to leave OVO

I have been with Ovo for 2 years but have now switched because of cost. Switch completed on the 23rd Sep and new supplier took my first payment on the 1st October. Unfortunately Ovo who have closed my account still took another direct debit payment on the 10th October even though my account is in the black and I am waiting a refund from them from overpayment I have made over the years. I have spoken to there customer service who were no help. Glad to be leaving them. I don't recommend Ovo.

It's a shame to hear you feel this way, Macs.

A refund will be processed 7 days after a final statement has been generated, this will be done 4-6 weeks after you switch away.

Your Direct Debit will stay active, but this can be cancelled if you contact the bank. I'm sorry the team didn't help with this.
