AVOID GREEN NETWORK ENERGY

I transferred to Green Network in September and I wish I hadn't. I have had nothing but problems in getting them to take money from my Direct Debit that was set up on joining, You can't get through on the phone unless you are willing to hang on for at least 45min. The app does not work. and my acc on the PC has very little info on it and it is useless. I just want Green Network to do its job and supply me with gas and electricity and take my money monthly to pay for it. I am fed up with hassle of trying to get through to them to sort this problem out.
