Total scam

Total scam. Was offered £690 for my phone which had no visible scratches. The downgraded this to poor condition and offered £220. I paid £11 for special delivery on their advice. When I rejected this offer they magically increased it to £370. Which is still much less than what they advertise for a phone in good condition

Package redirected 45 minutes away and charge double for customs duty

Varuste redirected my package to a UPS pick up point 45 minutes away without me asking. Spoke to UPS who confirmed Varuste directed this.

I walked to the UPS shop after getting an email confirming it had been delivered and there was no sign of the package.

Varuste emailed to say nothing to do with them so I am stuck with no product and nobody will help.

Very poor. Avoid.

Useless delivery service. Avoid.

Went to FedEx pick up point and they needed a pick up code, which Rag & Bone hadn’t sent me. So the parcel could not be released. FedEx only hold the parcel 48 hours so no hope of getting the product.

Ordered over a week ago. No sign of the product or any updates on shipping. Customer service are sending copy and paste responses with no commitment to when the item will be sent.

TOTAL SCAM : items never arrived

TOTAL SCAM - items never arrived.

Spent a month waiting for items that never arrived. Spoke to Everlane on live chat and email and they reassured me they’d sent the items but it was out of their control.

When the package turned up three items out of five were missing. Everlane have refused to do anything to help and just blame the courier.

It’s a total scam and their customer service people are horrendous.

Locked out of my flat for 3 hours due to letting agent

Allowed Knight Frank to do a viewing of my rental apartment. They locked the door using locks not normally used. I arrived home and couldn’t get in. The first person I spoke to provided no support and suggested I get an emergency locksmith and would not guarantee Knight Frank would pay. Later another person called who arranged a locksmith. It took three hours for the episode to be fixed and I had neighbours complaining about the noise until it was finished at 1.30am.

The lettings agent manager didn’t get in touch until two days later, despite one of their staff saying they would.

Knight Frank I thought had been good until this point. But the whole situation was handled terribly and still isn’t resolved. They seem at a loss to put the situation right.

Now Broadband… the worst decision of all time.

Been a loyal Now TV customer for years. Ordered their broadband. What a DISASTER!

Didn’t post out a router. Engineer didn’t turn up on the installation date. Still don’t know when this will go live. Ordered it a month ago.

The customer service is the worst part. It’s the absolute pits. My complain is being dealt with by their Executive team and it’s the worst I’ve ever seen.

Avoid at all costs.

Best you can buy. And first class customer service.

After doing my research I ordered the Emma Premium Mattress and Signature bed. The whole experience has been excellent, and the product is fantastic.

Customer service was exceptional. I wanted to cancel my order and re-order as they had a sale the day after I ordered. They did this immediately no questions asked.

Delivery was really fast - three days after ordering. The delivery company were on time, and kept me aware of the delivery slot from the day before.

The bed was easy to put together on my own, took about 30 minutes. It looks great, very smart.

The mattress is super comfy, as good as I hoped. Had a great night sleep on it - wondered why I suffered my previous mattress so long.

Stayed in all day and product never arrived

Woeful.

Received a message that the order was due today - messages confirming this from TLL and DPD. It's never arrived.

Phone TLL - spoke to a very blunt lady called Katie on the phone - who didn't apologise at all. Said it was nothing to do with them and all to do with DPD. This despite them sending the emails, and knowing that they hadn't actually shipped the order yet.

No apology at all - a dire attitude.

I wouldn't order from this company. They are unreliable and mess customers around and don't care.

I'm sorry that you have been so disappointed by the service you have experienced with us.

Having spoken to the team and warehouse, the email you received from our automated system simply advises that your goods are on their way. This is when they leave our warehouse and are handed over to DPD our courier. This email does not make reference to a specific delivery day or time, this information comes directly from DPD. I do however apologise that your parcel was entered onto the DPD shipment system after the courier had already collected the items for the day. This meant that you received a DPD notification that your goods would be delivered today when in fact they were only collected today and will therefore be delivered on the next working day which is Monday.

I can assure you that the whole team are absolutely passionate about delivering exceptional customer service but accept that you feel we felt short of that today.

Missold - car well below advertised spec.

Ordered the car via subscription. As soon as I'd ordered the price was reduced on similar cars on the website. After I raised this, they agreed to provide the same cost to me three days later.

Then the car arrived, with several items from the safety and comfort spec missing. The car was advertised as having lots of features, but it was a base spec car on delivery. Cazoo have offered an insulting £100 credit against a car that's worth thousands of pounds less than they advertised. So I'll be returning the car, which is disappointing.
