The Evri courier a joke

The Evri courier in this area NEVER delivers to my house, now I live in a small village and on the quiet main road. He can not miss my house . Other houses in our village have also not had their parcels. I have tried to contact Evri in the past but the courier they have in THIS village is very poor and he needs to be replaced

Delivery was next day

Delivery was next day. I did have an issue with paying via the emails but this was rectified with one phone call . Lovely staff who are more then pleased to help

Never arrived

Never arrived however they did use Evri and they are the worse company around. It is a shame as the product itself is very good. I did pay with Paypal so I did get a refund. I would have prefered to get the items I ordered. To be fair they said they contacted Evri however I expect they didnt reply. 9/4/25 I would now like to add that Totally Wicked dealt with my issue as soon as they could and sent it via DPD so I have upgraded the star to 5 and to thank them for the prompt service

This was a very easy and stress free company. Ordered a new top for my grandaughters skateboard . Lovely styles and more important good value. Postage was quick and I will be using the again very soon

I have been using the ear Stinky Stuff…

I have been using the ear Stinky Stuff and I must say it is excellent , I have a Clumber who had awful itchy ears which smelt, the vets stuff was rubbish but within a few days of using Stinky it cleared up lovely. To be honest I would say to try this before the vets as there are no steroids in it just all natural and I dont leave reviews unless I am 100% happy

I wish people would use Yodel and not Hermes as they always deliver on time and when they say they will whereas Hermes loose item all the time. Never had a problem with Yodel.

Easy to contact using email. I did think they would be handling my claim direct but it is passed on to another solicitor so they are more like a contact point. Still easy to get advice

No , use your standard High Street

All I would say is if you have moved before and already have a solicitor I would stick with them . I was a cash buyer and what should have been a quick pain free sale took over 3 months. She kept asking for a 30 year old marriage certificate or a decree nisi which I havent seen in over 20 years.I provided everything else. I was also asked to provide a photo driving licence which I do not have only the paper one which after a month transpired I was allowed to use as proof of id so dont listen to them when they say it cant be used. All in all I sent over 8 pieces of proof of id! Would I use them again, no. There are no cheaper then the average solicitor on the high street and to be honest I found them expensive. There is no advantage whatsoever in using them with Purple Bricks as you have no contact with Purple Bricks once you agree to purchase the property. Emails are rarely answered, you will never get through on the mobile phone number they provide. And if you become awkward the mobile number becomes invalid for some reason if you try to call it so end up calling the main office.

Get a Meerkat instead

On taking out my car insurance with this company , and following all the Terms and conditions , I didnt get my £20 voucher . On tell them they told me to contact the people that send them out. It was like Compare the Market telling me to contact the people that make the meerkats to get a gift. It was only £20 however dont advertise thing you dont deal with, they are quick enough to take the commission . Will I use them again , like hell. The last email read:
The incentive is provided by a company called MLP on behalf ourselves, please contact them on telephone number 01565 656 719 and they will answer any questions you may have.

Today I had an email from MPL saying: Your email has come through to the MLP. MLP is administrating the EPIC Rewards Campaign on behalf of MoneySuperMarket.



We can see from our records that we have your details and are awaiting validation from MoneySupermarket.



You will receive your gift email after passing the 40 day cooling off period , which will be the first week in August.

Perhaps the "40 day cooling off period" should be mentioned . Lets see if August brings anything
