Waste of my time.
And the response below is designed to make them look good.
I had to re call because no call back was received after initial enquiry. My case was referred to Fletchers and I was told I would get a call from them in 2-3 days. I called on the 4th day and they took a message. I get a letter 5 days later saying Fletchers cannot help me.
Utter waste of my time and very painful to give my case details just to be shut down with such ignominy.
The "evidence" referred to below is my narrative. They looked at my issue and decided not to act.
