I have been trying to remove Total from supplying my 87 year old mothers warden controlled flat. They are trying to charge her over £400 a MONTH for a one bedroom small flat with 4 radiators which she wont use. They refuse to reply to emails, refuse to allow you to speak to complaints dept, and refuse to help . All they keep saying is they dont supply to domestic property , however they are sending demands and threats to my mother wo lives alone. She is very scared and we dont know what to do. We have contacted the Ombusman however the letters and threats keep coming even though another gas company have the supply. If anyone had a direct phone number for the MD I would love to have it. I , and my brother, have phoned this company 5 times now and each time they say they will put a note on the bill to stop the bills and to get someone to call back but they never do. This company is even worse then First Utility and thats saying something
