Fraudulent behaviour

The fragrance is nice but it doesn't last for more than a week or so. But the most annoying thing is that I ordered and I realised that they have created a subscription using shopify and with a card that I am usually not using for online shopping. I had to go to my bank and stop the recurring payment. If you go on your account on Drift website, there is no option to delete your account, you can only pause the subscription. I asked them directly for them to delete my account but still the account is active. This seems more and more as a fraud. Avoid buying from them.

The most solid lock for your garage

In ordered a lock for the garage after a break in. After looking around I ordered the garage lock from Warrior Weld and I wasn't disappointed. It is massive and really solid, way above what will find when you search the net. What I can say is that it wasn't easy to find them but I am glad I did.

Refused a loan even though I have a perfect credit score

I applied for a loan, and even though I have a perfect credit score and 2 credit cards with them that are paid on time every month the rejected my application. I went to my bank with which I have a current and they approve it in 1min. Dissapointing.

I wish I can give a lower rating

I wish I can give a lower rating. Just dropped my mother in father in-law at Luton 2 hours before departure just to find out the flight was delayed 4hours. When the arrived 2 weeks ago the flight was delayed 3 hours. But because they are now the only ones flying to many destinations in Eastern Europe they think they can do this to people.

The idea is really good but the…

The idea is really good but the location of the lockers was not exact. They were not inside the tube station but at the back of the parking, which is fine but it should be stated clearly. Once in the front of the lockers, the screen was defective with a substantive red tint that made every instruction really hard to read.

Wide Range of Products and Excellent Customer Service

I bought a new tap from Tap Warehouse. Their website is one of the best if you want a new kitchen tap. The product I bought is very good and looks quite nice. The delivery was delayed but they were very helpful and I got the product in good conditions in the end. They were really prompt in responding to my email when I was asking where my parcel was. Overall a nice shopping experience.

Deceiving tactics to make you change your car

I was looking to check if my car is ULEZ compliant.

Motorway.co.uk came up as the website where you can do the check. It came out that I have to pay ULEZ.

The I did the check on the TFL website and it says I don't have to pay.

So it seems this is one dirty technique to make you believe you have to change your car.

So, definitely I will not think selling or buying a car through Motorway.co.uk

Disappointing Mazda Customer experience

After buying a map update from the only place you could using the Mazda Toolbox, the update failed to install.
I asked a dealer to help but he has advised me to contact Mazda UK. Initially they were very nice asking for screenshots of the errors I get but next day they bluntly refused to help and now I am stuck with a useless £100 purchase that I cannot use.

Very disappointing especially that over the years I kept going to the dealership to do the service which as you now is more expensive, believing that they will appreciate the loyalty but it seems they are not.

Solid build, very good performance

I bought the Pc as a gift for my son. He is a bit of a gamer and also he is doing some 3D design in Blender. He is very satisfied and told me that the Pc is running smooth and copes just fine with everything he throws at it. The Pc is built very nicely with a very neat cabling. The customer service was very good when I asked for the Pc to be delivered after a certain date as we were in our holiday when it supposed to be delivered initially.
A very good experience overall.

Poor quality for the price I paid

5 months ago I ordered an Iconica Vortex sofa for which I paid almost 4000£ as I opted for the so called better and more resistant leather.

After a long wait it was delivered, but I have been quite disappointed with the quality of the product.

The leather on the top pillows( the head rests) is creased and it looks different on different parts of the sofa.

One of the brackets between the corner module and the 2 seater was mounted upside down. We noticed that the modules weren't lined up and then when we looked closer we saw the bracket that wasn't in the correct position.

The single recliner is not completely lined up with the corner module and there is a gap between them that is quite visible

Two of the plastic protection on the legs of the foot stool are broken.

So that being said, I am very disappointed with the price/quality ratio.

They have promised to send someone to look but nobody came.

THE WORST COURIER EVER. AVOID! AVOID!

I was supposed to receive a parcel using UPS. I leave in a block of flats at second floor. I was looking outside the window and saw the UPS van arriving. The driver took a small parcel and went to a neighbouring block came back to the van waited for couple of minutes and then left without even trying to deliver my parcel. After 30min or so I've got a notification that they try to deliver but they couldn't. I have even taken a picture of the van outside the block and sent it to UPS. I don't expect any time soon a reaction from UPS. This is not the first time I have problems with them delivering parcels. It is by far the worst courier I have encounter. My advice for the online retailers is to avoid this company as much as they can as they'll lose their customers.
