Absolutely excellent service from start to finish very prompt and parcel arrived in excellent condition.

This delivery was much better than my last delivery. He respected my property and he delivered it to my door whereas the last one left it on the road on my wall in full sight of everybody I’m very lucky. I just went out and saw it otherwise it could have gone walkies.

Excellent customer service just wish we could order and pay over the phone. My friend was really pleased with her cream teas and prosecco and it was packaged beautifully it made her day and arrived on her birthday so really pleased will definitely order from you again.

I write this with a heavy heart as I have ordered with this company before the food and the staff Customer Service was exemplary it was sometime ago when I ordered something from them but unfortunately now you can’t talk to a human being it has to be email or nothing, no as I am dyslexic and I cannot use the computer too well I am nearly 80 years old and I feel that being unable to speak to someone in this day and age it’s not customer friendly love you pasty’s but I don’t like your service now so if you’re thinking of ordering please bear in mind if there’s something wrong you can’t talk to anyone about it I’ve asked him to ring me four times sorry no joy oh well I’m sure some other company would like me.

You wouldn’t accept it back because you said we had used it but it was waiting for a label to return it completely unused and still in its box and as yet we have not even had a reply from you and the reason we are returning it was it was shoddy goods and not worth the money. If we can’t send it back we will have no choice but to go to Trading Standards.
