Mounjaro has not worked for me

For me, Mounjaro has not had the results I was hoping for.
I have over 3stone in weight to lose, so notan insignificant amount. After 9 weeks I have not lost a single LB.
I have adhered to the instructions but other than a loss in appetite, I have not measured any changes, which is disappointing.

While everyone’s journey is different, it’s important to note that weight loss with Mounjaro can take time. Clinical guidance suggests continuing the treatment for at least 6 months to give your body time to adjust and respond fully to the medication.

Very poor customer service

Products ordered on the 2nd May; 3 weeks later and 4 chasing emails later still no response from the business. Finally today they admitted the error was all theirs but rather than issuing a refund and still sending out the products, which most companies would honoured, they only issued the refund.

No new customer. No new customer review. One very frustrated customer who will now purchase foot care products elsewhere.

We did take full accountability for the missed order and explained that it had been mistakenly assigned to a team member who was off sick, which unfortunately meant the issue wasn’t visible to the rest of the team. We also noted your request in writing stating, “due to your failure to resolve this with your courier of choice, I demand a FULL REFUND.” In line with this, we issued the refund quickly and without hesitation, aiming to resolve the situation as you requested.

Of course, we would have preferred the chance to retain you as a customer, but equally we understand how disappointed you were, and we wanted to make things right on your terms.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have bought a few items from Perch, however, there customer service team is awful. A coffee table purchased in Jan and delivered on the 28th arrived with 3 black screw legs missing. I called the next day and provided all phoyographic evidence. Since then I have emailed so many times to chase the missing items and nothing, complete radio silence. I have now requested the coffee table be collected and a refund immediately processed, without and inconvenience to myself. So pathetic! 1. Why wasn't the table checked in the 1st instance? 2. Why ignore every email I have sent? My complaint is not going to go away. Absolutely ridiculous.

Good marketing but other than that, meh!

I have only suscribed to the black savoury pouches and I find them overly salty. 2 of the pouches are, for my taste, completely unpalateable.
The rest of the products are much more expensive than their leading counterparts.
Dealing with the customer services team is by far the worst experience.
I am currently researching alternative products.

I ordered the Cortisol products on Monday 6th Jan 2025, at a discounted price of £31.82.

As of today, the products have yet to arrive! I live in the UK, but even so, it does not take 20 days for a product to be despatched and delivered.

I am chasing for an explanation.

Products to avoid so far

Huel replied asking me if I had reached out to their CS team. Its a bizarre reply, given you CANNOT return open products - that is their policy. Not sure what the CS team could possibly do, given an alternative product would be the only sensible solution. Weird!

Avoid the Carbonara and the Mac and Cheese. I am working my way through the hot meal pouches and these 2 are not worth the money.

Peugeot scrap

From making the initial call to collection took 4 days. Spoke with a fantastic lady who took down all of the necessary information, she secured the approp vehicle to collect my car and promptly sent a further explanatory email. The driver called promptly on the day of pick up, he was extremely polite and very well organised. Payment was transferred without delay. Very impressive customer service.

Poor customer service

My order was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd December. When you cintact customer services you have to wait 48hrs for an email response or 24hrs for a WhatsApp response. This low level of customer service is unacceptable, given the price of all Huel products.

Zero support

I have reported one crime after the other, committed by one person, my neighbour. She not only harasses, abuses, verbally assaukts and intimidates me she does the same to other neighbours. We have video recordings, CCTV evidence, witnesses etc but the police have done nothing, not one single thing. She, on the other hand lodged a false claim of assault, again we have witnesses who will attest she is lying but 2 officers attended immediately and this false allegation has the full support of Sussex police. The neighbour states she has a senior police officer for Sussex at her beck and call and we all now believe it. My trust and belief has gone.

Do your research and compare

I received a consignment of 6 items. 1st off, as a new customer there was no discount offered - really bizarre as that is typically the norm. Given the price point everything arrives flat packed. 3 boxes were seriously damaged on arrival. The one item I attempted to build was 'broken' ie the screws did not tighten. I am then advised it is my responsibility to disassemble said item, repackage in the same box as received and send photos before item will be collected and replaced. I still have all 6 orders to build, which I am dreading - I have lost all confidence in their products. My first and most certainly my last purchase from daals.

In terms of flat pack, I can confirm that our website does state under certain products if they are flat packed so that customers are aware of this before purchase.

I am really sorry to hear that some of the products you have received are damaged. I have had a look into this further for you and can see that there was an internal error and have forwarded your concerns to the relevant department.

This not usually the standard daals products are manufactured to be as one of our top priorities is customer satisfaction however, I'm very sorry that you have experienced this and I have forwarded your concerns with the relevant department.

USELESS - BEYOND USELESS

I dont have the parcel. A photo was taken with some random stranger who happened to be in the foyer of the building.

Even worse, I then get a follow up email saying they want to resolve this. They give me the contact address for their 'help centre' which is Ezra a robot! I could not answer the first question so the chat ended.

Talk about rubbing salt in the wound.

Beyond useless!

The nest tables I ordered were chipped on every leg and on every surface. Delivery is from Leicester and takes forever if you are not local. Collection took 8 days and the refund took 10 days. EVERYONE I spoke with were brilliant but you definitely get what you pay for from a product perspective.
