My order was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd December. When you cintact customer services you have to wait 48hrs for an email response or 24hrs for a WhatsApp response. This low level of customer service is unacceptable, given the price of all Huel products.

Our delivery timeframe is 2 working days for orders placed Monday - Friday. As your order was placed on Sunday, your delivery day would be Wednesday. We're sorry for the confusion.
