Fantastic service from placing order to speed of delivery got item within 3 days! The delivery crew were exceptional first class customer care. They took my beautiful fire place out the box so I could inspect for any possible damage (none found by the way) they explained and showed me how they heater worked. Well done I'm really pleased and shall order again and again!

Brilliant from start to finish. Windows are of excellent quality and we're fitted within weeks. Thanks to all involved staff were friendly and the fitters were great cleaning up after themselves and talking me through how to open/close windows and doors. Great service will definitely use again!
