I received my dining table in November…
I received my dining table in November with 2 chairs missing. I ordered gold chair legs which I received silver. They told me they would replace the silver legs and I would receive in January. Iv emailed them but my emails are not going through.

So I would have put a zero if I could, the worst company I honk I’ve ever dealt with , they lied on numerous occasions, told me my table and chairs would be delivered on several different days then just before Christmas they told me they didn’t have it absolute joke of a company do not buy from this company

0 stars! Do not buy from this company! I’m struggling to get £610 back for a table I have never received. This was ordered in October and I asked if they could save until we moved at the beginning of Dec. Pestered me to make the purchase which I should have seen as a red flag. Our delivery got delayed until 15th Dec and again to 21st Dec. A day later I received a phone call from James to say he would
have to give me a refund as his supplier had let him down and he wanted to be honest rather than keep delaying. I appreciated this honesty and fault sorry for the company as he told me it would probably put him out of business due to how many more refunds they had to give. He told me to raise a case on PayPal and he would refund straight away. Messaged to say he had authorised the refund and nearly two weeks later I have no refund. He has now blocked my messages on WhatsApp so I have escalated the case to PayPal. Really hope I get my £600+ back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have also deactivated their instagram page and taken most stock off their website. Disgusting especially this time of year!
Update 2/1/23 - finally received refund from PayPal not the company! They have still failed to reply to the case or my messages it has only been refunded under PayPal purchase protection.
Paid orders not received and no contact is possible to the shop
I’ve just given one star as there’s not any other suitable. I’ve paid for two orders of Wall art/pictures on 5th December 2022, amounting to £131 each. I got a message stating that my purchases would be delivered on 9th December 2022 , and a track number . Not deliveries has been made up to today. When I track these orders, it opens to Shopi and the results shows the items have been shipped and stated that there are problems. There’s non contact number but option to message the retailer and a ‘chat’ option . Got reply that my orders have been confirmed and they are doing all they can to track it down. I’ve made a follow up and got response that I should wait patiently whilst they do their role . More follow ups have been met with silence. I’ve asked for refund, no more answers. Instead I am now receiving email, constantly asking me to review the purchases I have not received. When I try to use a chat option, it says my orders have been fulfilled, which is untrue. I’ve paid with credit card. Any help to get my money back? There’s no more responses from the shop!

Fantastic value for money, yet quality, stylish furniture. I am so happy with my table and chairs. Great delivery, the men would have built it for me if asked. Certainly will shop at mytrendy furniture again!! Simply fabulous!! Also I was able to receive a refund on the amount I paid when I saw that it was on sale a few days later ( this was due to some damage that occurred to my wall, when one of the delivery men brought the dining room set. I was encouraged by their customer service albeit it took some correspondence to settle the situation.

If I could give this no stars I would. I don’t know whether this company is going downhill or whether they are bust, because it seems like this is the case especially with the discounts. I have bought a mirror from there not long ago in the summer time and everything was fine. I bought in the beginning of December, three mirrors. One arrived damaged, which I provided evidence and emailed. I was told it would get replaced. Also mentioned my other two mirrors never got delivered and that they would be delivered today. Nobody showed, been in all day. I’ve now asked for a refund, the emails just keep saying the office is closed until Friday. My order was £180. And I’ve got nothing to show for it. Would urge nobody orders from here as something is up!

I ordered a fireplace in may 2022 delivered fine took my money fine ! But didn’t realise it did not work properly till October due to needing the heat it was a faulty product the control didn’t work, first they sent another control that did not work offered me 20 % back if I would keep it ? I asked them to collect it for a full refund I’ve sent over 60 emails they have replied but when it comes down to the refund they just keep saying technical issues? They have £644.99 of my money and I still have not had it it’s not difficult to make a refund I would advise anybody to think more than twice when looking at there items if you looking for months of hassle and stress and completely avoiding your questions when it comes to refunds I was promised a refund with in 5-7 days it’s been over 3 weeks but initial complaint was in October be careful everyone ! I’m now in the process of small court proceedings and they will end up paying more as it’s them in the wrong …. Update they have now also blocked me from contacting them and still have no refund they are scammers anyone would not be right to buy from this site please don’t

This company started off great but this is no longer the case. They sent an email saying I would receive my mirrors yesterday, no delivery, no update n now have blocked my messages on chat and ignoring my emails
AVOID ORDERING UNLESS YOU CAN BE AT THE PROPERTY 24 HOURS A DAY
I ordered drawers and before ordering I messaged their Facebook page to confirm that I would be on holiday from the 10th December onwards and needed the delivery before that, the person on Facebook confirmed that I would receive it before 10th. The following day I was sent an email with a delivery date of 14th December, I emailed back to explain I was going on holiday and needed it before this date, they then changed it to 8th December without even checking if this worked for me. I responded that the 8th was fine but that I had an appointment at 6pm, to which they responded that they would make a note that I require an early delivery.
On 6th December I received an email and text to say my order would arrive on 8th December between 6:50-9:50am: so I woke up in the early hours of the morning to travel to the property as I don’t live there and after tracking the driver at 9:50am they was still 10 stops away from my address. After emailing them 4 times I finally got a response just before 5pm saying that the driver will be with me around 5:30pm, which I responded that as discussed before I ordered I would not be home at that time as I had an appointment. I asked them to wait until 6:30 when my partner would be at the property, I felt this was a reasonable response considering all of the issues I already had. I received no response to this email, my partner waited at the property until 8:45pm before needing to leave.
Basically unless you have time to wait around for a whole week so that they can turn up whenever they feel like, don’t bother ordering.

Item was returned- No refund!
Item was faulty.
Was told to fix it myself . I refused and asked for the item to be collected. It took about 6 weeks for them to collect . Nearly 3 months since I raised the issue and I still haven't received my money back! Avoid like the plague !

Poor Quality
Ordered table which was supposed to come in 10 days as it says on their website but came after a month. They charged me for fixing but couldn’t fix the table and told me that I will need to fix chair myself and took table back. I then received an apology call from company and they told me that they have sacked those employees and will send ware house manager in two weeks with brand new table who will also fix chairs.
Table came after two weeks again and it was used table with lots of marks and dust on it as if someone has used and returned that. I requested two guys who came who were supposed to be warehouse manager to take it back as it’s used. They initially tried to convince me that it’s new but later accepted that I am right and said we will bring new one.
I then made another complaint after which I received a call from manager who said it was fixed in warehouse and got marks there which wasn’t true. If you are sending a table second time then you should be extra careful and should check before sending something. And if table did get damaged during fixing in warehouse then they shouldn’t send it to customer. I don’t think there is any quality control and don’t think there is any warehouse. It looks like that the table was purchased from someone and delivered to me. Anyways manager called again and offered me discount and said we can deliver again in two weeks but I was then worried about the quality and refused. I would rather pay someone extra for better quality than buying something cheap and poor quality.
I doubt these 5star reviews as I have had really bad experience.
