Arrogant
I've ordered furniture from Leen bakker and on delivery they scratched our floors and damaged one of the walls. We've raised an incident and they closed it without further investigation. It's our words against the transporter. It's 2022 but Leen Bakker is stuck in the 80s in terms of services. Companies like Leen Baker deserve to get their lunch money taken by Ikea as even though they make nice furniture, their service and attitude are stuck in the past and are too full of their good name.
Edit: I've contacted the support line mentioned below and they yet to react, many months later. I guess it is a chat bot for gaining some "face"
