Have used Purlfrost a few times for both patterned and heat reflecting window films. Their products are good quality and securely packaged. For a recent order I realised afterwards that I'd ordered the wrong thing and Tania the office manager at Purlfrost was very helpful in cancelling the order and even arranged a free pick-up of the order from my address.
Love that they offer free samples so you can try before deciding what you want.

I used Octopus Legacy for a free will via Action Aid, I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment but then it was very easy to explain what I wanted. Unfortunately it's now 10 weeks from that initial call and despite chasing a couple of times I still don't have a draft will. I won't be recommending OL to anyone else and I'm now thinking of going back to the Coop legal services who I used before without issues in order to actually get a will.

Arranged via my insurance company. Very easy process, Jack came to my house with everything he needed. The first fix didn't work so I needed the whole windscreen replaced, this was very efficiently arranged and a few days later Jack was back to replace it. Minimal fuss, kept informed along the way, happy customer!

Kneeling chair arrived promptly. Flat-packed but easy to put together.

Bought a twist & go blind for the bathroom window to avoid drilling into tiles. I found it a bit tricky to install, but other half sorted it out and now it's securely in place and doesn't move even when you roll the blind up and down. Knocked off a star as the Blinds 2Go logo on the bottom edge of the blind that is always visible was glued on at a slight angle which annoys me every time I look at it. Otherwise, good product, good prompt service.

Used Discover Cars a few times now. Good site to search for and find right car for me. Will continue to use them. Never had an issue with the booking when arriving at local car hire place.

Worked well - got 2 quotes for my task, and got a tiler to do the work. Process was easy and work was good quality. Really helpful to see the ratings of the tiler before picking them.

Order delivered promptly, very well packaged and cut exactly to the right size.

Got a discounted O2 SIM as part of a Virgin broadband package but the tortuous onboarding process made me want to throw the SIM in the bin! Had to contact customer services a number of times, and one person even needed my full password to continue (have you heard of information security O2?). Counting down the days to the end of the package contract so I can switch to a better company.

Awful experience trying to get the gas bill cancelled for a house that was destroyed in a fire. Had to contact customer services multiple times over several months as the bills kept re-appearing and the customer agents I spoke to couldn't permanently fix the issue. Will never use BG as a gas supplier again.

Having already completed 2 buy-to-let mortgages with Habito a few years ago they were my first choice for my own property re-mortgage. Was advised by Ramneet and Billy - the online portal and chat functionality made it really easy to keep track of what documents they needed, and where in the process we were. Also had a call with Ramneet to talk through the offers and understand options at the start.

Would recommend this company. Tow bar was fitted on a very hot day with no issues in only a couple of hours. Had emails and texts on the day when the fitter was on the way. Only minor annoyance was that even though you can pick a day/time on the website it isn't guaranteed that the slot is available, and my actual appointment was a week later. Thankfully I didn't have to wait too long, but I'd already paid before finding out the actual fitting date.

Needed a plate for a bike rack and saw the good reviews of SurePlates. Fast delivery, easy website to order from, and great that you don't need paperwork to prove you are the owner. Would definitely recommend.
