Ordered plates , and fast track delivery , due to royal mail messing up my plates hadn't arrived in 3 days , contacted sureplates and they apologised and reimbursed my delivery charge . Even though it was a royal mail mess up !!!!! Outstanding service and plates arrived later that day . Quality of the plates is superb and the free screws and stickers to fix to the car is definitely a nice touch.100% recommend this fantastic company ... well done ...

Provide no details on how to email required photos of documents. Says the email address will be in the confirmation email, but nothing. Have needed to use the contact form on the website to ask for the email address.
Save your time. Avoid this company.

Ordering was very easy, the new plates arrived within 2 days (with all the fixings for free!) The plates are excellent quality - I’m super pleased with them. Great value for money.

I’ve used Sureplates 4 times now and they’ve produced exactly what you’d expect for a good price with fast delivery. For one of the orders I spoke to a member of staff by email who was professional and courteous, providing fast responses to my question and even personally letting me know that the item had been shipped. You get automated shipping notifications with them anyway so the email was not necessary but a nice bit of customer service.

Ordered on 17th May 25 and my plates came on 21st May 25. Absolutely love the 4D plates, so clean and crisp looking and great quality, they came well packaged in bubble wrap and with all the screws, screw covers and sticky pads I needed. Fantastic service and I'm over the moon with my new registration plates, really make my car pop! Highly recommended, thank you!
