Beyond useless!!! This company is no more than a scam!!! My delivery says its out for delivery! Its said that for 6 days. Bloody useless! They were highlighted on the BBC again this week and some idiot of a manager says he didn't recognise any complaints! No wonder Ofcom voted them worst company of the year.
