3 weeks later the bad smell has gone. I’ve endured it for years and tried all sorts of things. He wouldn’t allow me to brush so I had no other alternative. We still have dog breath but this has taken back the stench

Review of 25hours Hotels
I have stayed at both Indre and Paper Island in Copenhagen many times. Both are stand out hotels in the area. The only downside would be the lack of air conditioning on hot days but this is normal for Denmark.
The hotel, facilities and restaurants in both hotels are brilliant. Very central for both hotels but I would recommend Paper Island due to the development in the area and the water side bars and restaurants for sitting out in the summer evening sun.

Installation was quick. Shown around the app, how to upload my electricity tariff and showed me step by step how to set up the car. Plugged in and worked first time.
Installation of the box was neat and no issues.

Originally bought a drone from another supplier and I really wished I hadn't. No end of problems but then was recommended the DJI Avata and wow, its an amazing drone. From purchase to set up its been effortless and the build quality is amazing.
Whilst not cheap drones it is clearly is 'you get what you pay for'. Cannot wait to spend hours playing with the drone

Review of Holy Stone
One word describes the HS720R – Dangerous
I received this drone for my birthday. My first 2 flights ended with the loss of control, or what I now know as ‘toilet bowling’. I contacted Holystone who advised me to go higher up as trees and the house in the middle of the countryside maybe causing the issue. I was then given a 90-day extended warranty. Due to working away and poor Yorkshire weather it was another 3 weeks before I could fly again.
The 1st flight went well, the 2nd the drone at 20m high began to toilet bowl up and down in circles and eventually flew into a tree causing it to fall through all the branches to the ground. It then took off again and flew 50 meters at low altitude into another tree. 7m from the ground it gained altitude and I somehow managed to gain control and return its manually to home.
I changed the battery, recalibrated it as I did for each flight and immediately flew up into the air and flew off in a straight line and circled back but nose-dived to the ground hitting a neighbour’s caravan.
I contacted HS to be told I was outside of my 30 day returns policy and that best they could do it send me a replacement, but they didn’t want the old one despite me advising them it was dangerous and needed analysing. Even with the stated 90-day warranty in an email they wouldn’t refund me. After 48 hours and several emails they refused to refund me even though I reported the issue within a week of purchase. I then contacted Amazon via phone who instantly refunded me and sent Royal Mail and DPD to pick up the drone and battery the following day. Holystone when I told them of this after collection tried to claim they refunded me as a gesture of goodwill. Absolutely horse****.
Stay away from this company. Read the poor reviews on Amazon and Trustpilot and it’s a known fault and you don’t want to be prosecuted for injuring someone because of the lack of control to the drone. Go buy a DJI Drone. Might cost more but they are much safer.

Review of ATG Tickets
I am an ATG new member and booked a show. Within a couple of hours I realised I needed to change the booking. The only way to do this was sending a chat message which takes up to 5 days to respond. I searched the internet and eventually found a number to speak to someone. She advised that you can't rebook on the website which for me is frustrating as a member.
If ATG manage to update their system so it can be self managed this would have made it a five star experience rather than on hold for 15 mins on the phone. All sorted in the end and no issues with the call handler.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Bought the expensive Nighthawk router and had no end of issues with it. Spent countless hours over three months trying to fix the issue where it drops connection and reboots several times a day.
Every time you call, you go through to India. Tech support make you jump through hoops and you still get no where. Second line support, again make you jump through hoops.
All I want is a replacement or a refund. Tech support said it's a known issue. Complaint logged and still after a week waiting for customer care to call back. Ring back, and surprise you cannot speak directly to customer care.
Absolutely shambolic company to deal with. When it works, it's great but for a self employed person who relies on strong wifi, having it disconnect in online meetings or being unable to work periodically through the day whilst it reboots is not on.
Reading the reviews, it's clear Netgear do not care either as they don't even respond to negative reviews. Poor customer service and poor support!

This is the second time I have ordered 10 Elfbars. The first time no issue. The second, the box arrived with only 5 in of the 10.
I contacted Northerner by the only way you can, via a remote form. Over a week later and still no reply from them. Scammed out of my money and no response despite them advertising their open hours to contact them. No phone number either. Shocking service

Two parcels. Two weeks and both shown delivered. One to a completely different location on gps and a photo of a door that’s not mine.
Second parcel didn’t bother to attempt to show gps or photo but says delivered. This time it’s perishable food so can’t be re delivered. 4 days after complaining to Evri I get told the driver no longer work’s for them.
Honestly stay away from this company. It’s the worst. Just because you changed names from Hermes still means ‘Evri time they fail to deliver’

Great product. Easy to set up. Frustrations were that the door sensor doesn’t fit my upvc door due to angle of the door frame so is now on a window. The pet friendly sensors won’t work if dogs jump on sofas so lost a star as I wish I’d know this before buying two of them. It’s only mentioned in the instructions that come inside the box.
Great price though and easy set up.

Shocking customer service. Flight delayed leaving UK meaning missed my connection to Bali. Told Doha staff would arrange a hotel on arrival. That was just a nightmare for 5 hours trying to get a hotel room. Told I was due compensation as I was delayed 24 hours to my destination and stated on their own website. Missed my first night and paid hotel in Bali. Contacted customer services and still no response after nearly 5 weeks. Chatted to qatar on twitter but told they couldn’t help. The flights were good but poor service when it goes wrong.
