If I could give zero stars I would.

Bought the expensive Nighthawk router and had no end of issues with it. Spent countless hours over three months trying to fix the issue where it drops connection and reboots several times a day.

Every time you call, you go through to India. Tech support make you jump through hoops and you still get no where. Second line support, again make you jump through hoops.

All I want is a replacement or a refund. Tech support said it's a known issue. Complaint logged and still after a week waiting for customer care to call back. Ring back, and surprise you cannot speak directly to customer care.

Absolutely shambolic company to deal with. When it works, it's great but for a self employed person who relies on strong wifi, having it disconnect in online meetings or being unable to work periodically through the day whilst it reboots is not on.

Reading the reviews, it's clear Netgear do not care either as they don't even respond to negative reviews. Poor customer service and poor support!
