Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Flight delayed leaving UK meaning missed my connection to Bali. Told Doha staff would arrange a hotel on arrival. That was just a nightmare for 5 hours trying to get a hotel room. Told I was due compensation as I was delayed 24 hours to my destination and stated on their own website. Missed my first night and paid hotel in Bali. Contacted customer services and still no response after nearly 5 weeks. Chatted to qatar on twitter but told they couldn’t help. The flights were good but poor service when it goes wrong.
