Very poor service from this supplier

Very poor service from this supplier. Their website gives the impression the items are in stock then days later I get an email saying they are on back order.
No ETA provided and no offer of a refund.
I’ve now emailed twice, no response. Can’t get through on their phone line.

I’d like an update to when I’d get my items as I’ve paid for them. It’s now 2 1/2 weeks.

I should have read the reviews on poor service before I bought.

Update - due to the lack of inaction from the seller I’ve now instigated a recharge from my card provider. I’ve updated the seller.

Based on my experience and others, I’d recommend not using this seller if you want peace of mind.

Absolutely recommend Police Mutual. I’ve had accounts with them for over 15 years on regular savings plans, plus car insurance.
Never had anything to complain about. When I did need assistance they’ve always been ready to help!

I've been looking for a good…

I've been looking for a good alternative to pop and cordial to help me drink more water, and Marchon Performance Hydration has been a game-changer. I’ve been purchasing the product for nearly a year and have no complaints.

I don't drink tea or coffee, so it's always been a struggle to stay hydrated, but since using this product, my fluid intake has increased significantly.

The taste is what really sets it apart, it's actually drinkable and delicious, unlike the chemical or salty taste of other hydration tablets and powders I've tried. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a tasty and effective way to boost your daily hydration.

Customer service is great, quick responsive, either by email or WhatsApp. Their online self service subscription is a plus.

Absolutely shocking practice

This company's practices are absolutely shocking. After simply entering my details online to explore a potential claim, and without ever agreeing to their 15-30% fee or reviewing any terms and conditions, I received a signed PDF contract with my digital signature within 30 minutes.

Under no circumstances did I review or sign a 21-page contract through a mere three online clicks. This practice is deeply concerning and surely breaches some form of ethical code.

I have already contacted the company to demand they delete my personal data and have explicitly stated that I do not consent to any of the terms they have sent. Based on other reviews, I am very dubious about what to expect next from a company with such poor practices.

I will also be contacting the car lender to advise them against engaging with this company.

I'm incredibly let down by the service…

I'm incredibly let down by the service regarding my repeat prescription. Following their advice, I made my order with significant lead time for the Easter weekend delivery. Despite several follow-up emails and a phone call, my medication has still not been dispatched. This means I will be without essential medication over the holiday.

It's unacceptable that I was charged for express delivery under these circumstances. Discovering through other reviews that I'm not alone in experiencing this level of disappointment this week has solidified my decision to switch providers. It's a shame that one significant failure has overshadowed six months of prior positive experiences.

Update: 3 days late (10 days after ordering) and it arrived. I had to chase again via phone before being issued

Another 5 parcels not delivered

Another 5 parcels not delivered. Impossible for you to speak to anyone via chat or phone. Calls cuts you off after telling you the delivery has failed.
Numerous emails telling me the parcels on the way yet never does, and they refuse to explain why there’s address issues despite every other courier delivering. It’s clear that the generic emails are AI responses.
Resorted to emailing the CEO and had a response not even acknowledging the issue at hand referencing an old tracking number that has returned to sender.
I’d pay for deliveries if I was aware a provider used Evri. Absolute shambolic company and not sure how anyone had a good thing to say about them in the reviews.

Update - 2/4/25
After nearly 12 months of complaints through website chat, emails, AI and human I made a complaint to the CEO.
Thanks to Steve in the Exec Customer Care Team my issue has been resolved. After investigating it appears there was no driver allocated to my area and thus all parcels being sent back to sender.
Since this has been resolved I now receive parcels and maybe my dismal opinion may change in the coming months.

It's a shame no one else cared enough in Evri though, until I complained to the CEO.

Change your delivery firm before you loose more customers

Second time using the subscription plan to order my dog food. First time delivery was late. Second time it’s not arrived and no idea where it is. It’s been out for delivery for two days. Both times sent by Evri.
Evri are useless to try and contact.
Leon at Pets at Home was brilliant and gave me a refund but this review is on the business not her.
I’ve now decided after being a loyal customer in store and online for nearly 9 years of my dogs life that this experience isn’t worth the hassle. I’ve found a local store with a cheaper product but with all the same ingredients and I’ll be going there from now on.
I’d suggest that you move away from
Evri delivering your parcels before you loose more customers as is evident in the reviews on here that explicitly name the company.

Worst Company Ever

Who is rating this company 5 stars! ?
Two separate purchases from different companies and they use Evri. No surprise that both deliveries failed a week apart. They’ve not even tried to deliver and keep updating app saying there were issues with the address and parcels returned to companies.
Given DHL, DPD and Royal Mail have all delivered in the same weeks I fathom to understand how Evri fail every time.
I had one Evri parcel delivered on a Monday and the Tuesday parcel failed due to address issues. If I was a business I’d stay clear of this company. Nothing has improved

Update - 7/12/24. Another parcel which another company decided to use Evri separate to the other orders. Again 4 days and multiple updates of it out for delivery for it not show. Chat facility or trying to call Evri is pointless. I’ve spent money in these parcels and having to wait until they’ve been retuned to the company and processed before refunds are issued.
I wish that companies would allow the option for the customer to choose their delivery company.

The communication before hand from OrderWork was great. I knew when the engineer would arrive and I submitted all the pre questions ahead of time.
We have an oil boiler so I was expecting an issue but when the engineer arrived he had no issue installing the Nest.
