Purchased two Original pillows (medium firmness) but as I tend to sleep on my back, the medium firmness was too firm on my neck when sleeping on my back although sleeping on my side was fine. I returned them to the store and exchanged for the softer, Cloud pillow which are much better. For those who tend to sleep on their back I’d recommend the Cloud.

We bought a Bobbin 12” child’s bike about a year and our granddaughter loves it!
Unfortunately, she had a little accident and the rear reflector was damaged. The Bobbin Team couldn’t have been more helpful and dispatched a replacement immediately. Fantastic after sales service! Bike is good as new! Thank you Bobbin.

Slow emptying toilet bowl. Local firm recommended by neighbourhood plumbers’ merchant. Quoted fixed price for call out, including up to 1 hour on site. Friendly, knowledgable plumber. Used rods, then professional chemical un-blocker, initially without success. Removed toilet bowl and retrieved a plastic, toilet rim block stuck in outlet! Job done. Cleaned up thoroughly. Would recommend.

DWV repaired a long scuff mark (30cm) and quite deeply scratched paintwork to the front nearside bumper assembly of my Honda CRV. Technician, Toby W did a great job! He was friendly, polite and very professional. The overall standard was first class. He successfully removed several deep scratches and a small dent and was able to skillfully blend the new paintwork with the old. The assembly looks new! Thank you. Highly recommended.

Bought Samsung QLED TV. Great TV but it doesn't support DTS HD MA. As most of my recent Blu-ray discs are in DTS they can't be played normally as there's no audio! Spoke to Samsung and after a lot of time and effort wasted - their support teams don't appear to know this I discovered they no longer support DTS! Very disappointing.

All the staff are always friendly and helpful. Great service team too. Even a short video clip from the mechanic as he inspects your car at the start of the annual service!
