Excellent service great prices and no problems when the tiles were delivered they turned out to be a different shade than we wanted so we exchanged them for a darker shade - no hassle in returning them and receiving the replacement tiles

I was in e-mail correspondence with a lady named Emma Cropley from wowcher customer services. I had trouble redeeming my wowcher code and her response to my initial e-mail was helpful prompt and factual - although this did not resolve my issue. Upon detailing this she was thoughtfull enough to provide and alternative option which then resolved entirely the issue - overall resolution within 48 hours which I feel is excellent. A great experience from the very start with very helpful and experienced staff at the Southend branch where my out patient appointments were. The procedure ( I had refractive eye surgery) was performed at their Harley Street offices with one eye being done a week between each other. I went from plus 6 in both eyes to 20/20 vision instantly with very little discomfort. I was e-mailed in the morning with a good value discounted power drill - took the link direct to the site read the helpful reviews and ordered one myself - told me whether any were in stock at my local branch which i could collect ater 5 minutes - brilliant

Great selection of glasses even for a "Billy Bunter" like me web site was easy to use and the glass trials were great to get a feel for how they would look. Problem with my lenses at first but a chat with the very helpful and expert optician soon had me sorted for my varifocals two for one gave me a great price for two pairs all in all a top experience all round and I won't hesitate returning to glasses direct for my next pair top marks and super value compared to the high street
