A great experience from the very start with very helpful and experienced staff at the Southend branch where my out patient appointments were. The procedure ( I had refractive eye surgery) was performed at their Harley Street offices with one eye being done a week between each other. I went from plus 6 in both eyes to 20/20 vision instantly with very little discomfort.
