I was in e-mail correspondence with a lady named Emma Cropley from wowcher customer services. I had trouble redeeming my wowcher code and her response to my initial e-mail was helpful prompt and factual - although this did not resolve my issue. Upon detailing this she was thoughtfull enough to provide and alternative option which then resolved entirely the issue - overall resolution within 48 hours which I feel is excellent. Well done wowcher and more appropriately well done Emma thank you
