So delivery was expected Sunday and with 8 deliveries left before mine it suddenly stopped and went back to depot - no communication until I contacted them through their chat box and rearranged delivery to my local drop box. If I never have to use Yodel again it would be too soon but unfortunately I can’t stop my deliveries sent to me being done through Yodel - absolute rubbish

Didn’t know I was going to get an additional charge from customs for £120 so not worth buying in the first place - would send back and get my money back if it wasn’t such a hassle - do not buy from this site - beware !!!!

Aesthetically lovely BUT poorly fitted in parts drill holes exposed cracked framing damage to surroundings and so much cutting and drilling that you would not believe they were measured for our doors and windows. Had an appointment arranged today for fitter to repair and make good but no show and no communications. For the amount of money we have paid for this debacle I would not hesitate IN NOT recommending Hillary’s to fit your shutters GO ELSEWHERE
And then when Hillarys reply to your review they lie (or the fitter lied to them ) about sending a text to re-arrange the appointment. Not a great experience at all Hillarys!!!!

The paint was a good price so we paid for it and we needed it fairly quickly so we could get on and paid extra for quicker delivery so it would be delivered a day earlier - it wasn’t so that was a waste of time
Gary was a great salesman and advisor as to what options we could have for our very hot and very cold conservatory. Gary ran through all our options. The replacement heatshield panels fitted to the roof are an excellent solution for us now. The whole process was very smooth and the fitting only took a morning - all rubbish was removed and the site kept as clean as possible. We are now able to sit in our conservatory even during the blistering heat we have had recently and have high hopes of doing the same during the cooler months when they arrive - a top job Smith’s- thanks
Fantastic the whole way through the process- engagement with Essex County Council then with the successful tenderer Solar Together through to communication the whole way through surveying installation and go live with the very informative app. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the length of time the scaffolding was up - the installation only took half a day but the front of the house looked ugly for two weeks due to the ugly scaffolding.

Ordered within timescale cut off of 21:00 day before but delivered a day late - too late to be able to do my job so had to go elsewhere to complete. Took items back after completing job and got money back - eventually as it was lucky I checked the refund as they had only credited one item out of the two I returned!!!! Needless to say I won’t be returning

Professional engineer very courteous and would rate him 5 stars - however trying to get any remedial work done by your company is very difficult and you have to argue with your telephone operators to have any work carried out - need a lot of improvement on customer care and helpfulness

Comm’s were great giving delivery date and delivery itself was…. well I didn’t even know the driver had been and left in my safe place ready for me to fit
All in all a stress free experience from buying to delivering
Bought a fiesta st line for my son through Heycar and could not have been any smoother. The whole sale was done within the current contactless legislation - detailed 10 minute video - and very helpful staff at Trust Ford Dagenham.

Your website stated the item was ‘open box’ which suggests to me that the item is brand new but the box it came in was opened- not unreasonable. When it arrived indeed the box had been opened but also there were obvious signs of use - there were small particles of crusted food in several areas where it had not been cleaned thoroughly and a small chip in the paint finish on the handle - not at all an accurate description so buyers beware - it was a slightly cheaper price so that’s why 3 stars but NOT a correct description

Nice quality and great fit as expected Delivery is well tracked and quick have bought from Jean Scene before and have never been dissatisfied or disappointed
This is the second time i have dealt with this company.
Walls and Floors were the only place to be able to supply the orange metro tiles that we required at a great price and a bargain for delivery - and very securely packaged with no hint of any chance to incur breakages in transit
Have now completed the job and they look an absolute peach - really pleased.
Would have no hesitation in dealing with this company again
