Excellent customer service from David at the shop today. Firstly with a quick software check/update on all the TQ kit on our two Fuel EXes. Then, when a separate problem arose on a Sram XX1 AXS rear mech, fully investigated and sorted out under warranty and bike available again within the day allowing us to continue on our holiday!
