Delivery took several weeks. Once arrived, shin pads disintegrated after the first wash rendering them useless. I contacted Shin Defender asking for a refund, however, I was offered a 30% partial refund!

We have now filed a dispute through our credit card company. I urge anyone else to do the same.

In a 6 week period 3 parcels were "lost" by Hermes equating to about £200. How can this happen when it's supposedly tracked from retailer to consumer? I would not recommend Hermes and if I had the choice when purchasing goods online I would use an alternative. I have contacted Hermes about this and had no response.

Took over 2 weeks to receive my order despite paying extremely costly postage. I wanted to use a UK supplier rather than Amazon but disappointed with Bright Minds. I would not use again.

Visited Bath store today so browse for some Christmas presents. Was absolutely bombarded with a sales guy cross questioning me when I kept telling him I was just browsing. Ended up buying some hugely inflated soap to then be guilt-tripped into buying 10 g of moisturiser for “charity” by the girl on the check out. Awful experience and won’t be returning. You can’t bully customers as they will not return.

Amazing service, so easy to use. I've recently recommended Pharmacy2U to my husband too and we don't are very pleased having switched to them from our unhelpful local pharmacy.

A biscuit should be crisp, crunchy and buttery. These are not. They are tasteless, floury, not a bit buttery, limp and stale.

Pretty to look at, I give them that, but this is where the loveliness ends. The customer service is shocking, arrogant, obnoxious and rude. I complained as I could not believe how terrible the biscuits were and I was confronted with an egotistical and snotty employee that was flabbergasted that I dare complain. I wanted a refund and I got nothing.

Further to this the product are completely overpriced. Even the tin they come in is cheap; the corners are so sharp you could do yourself any injury.

I've found better quality from Tesco Value range and nicer customer service from a traffic warden. AVOID.

We ordered 4 x radiator valves in a hurry as our plumber was waiting for them. We received great communication from Heat and Plumb - telling us exactly how long it would take to receive them and when they were dispatched etc.
