Only hear from our advisor when he wants to do an annual review (presumably to justify his fees). Annual review consists of being given a wealth account but very little by way of actual advice. Going to move pension funds as soon as exit fees reduce.

Poorly designed and clunky website, not intuitive at all. Kicking myself that I didn't avail myself of the 7 day free trial before committing to a 3 month subscription (went straight to subcription as the 7 day trial was not available with the better value quarterly subscription option and I mistakenly assumed the site was as good as Ancestry.com) . I decided after day 2 that I will not be renewing and advised customer service to turn off the auto-renew as I will be switching back to Ancestry.com.

A great range of seeds with loads of information provided to make selection easier. Love the personalised growing sheet that's dispatched with the seeds, telling you how to grow and save future seed - it's a lovely touch. I order from this company a lot and have never been disappointed.
It's great to be able to buy a variety of different seeds in small amounts. Quick and polite response to my email query regarding dispatch times. One of the ordered items wasn't in stock and I received a prompt refund. I will definitely order more from this company next year!
Received a call early in the morning and was advised that delivery would be between 13.00 and 15.00. However, I was out in the morning and the delivery guys rocked up around 11.30 - fortunately my husband was working from home and was able to take delivery. We have just opened the item (extractor hood) and it looks to have been stood on as there's a dent to the unit which results in the hood door not being able to open / close. Have just jumped through hoops completing forms and sending numerous photos of the damage - currently awaiting a resolution but having read other reviews, I'm not holding out much hope that it's going quick and painless!

We ordered 2 sample mini taster packs to try as we want a couple of easy meals in reserve when we do the Scotland 500 trip in our motor home. Definitely impressed with the quality of the meals and the customer service. Will definitely be ordering again!
Absolutely stunned by the increase of 37.8% in our policy this year... Aviva now are asking for £10,733 despite reducing cover (they are no longer covering husband's kidney stones as apparently it's chronic). No idea how they can justify nearly 40% increase when they have drastically reduced the cover.

Drivers claim they can't find an address - it has been there since at least 2004 when house was last on the market. Other couriers seem to find the house according to my customer! I am no logistics expert but I have used Google maps and can find the address with ease. Tomorrow will be the third delivery attempt before the parcel is returned to me. I am your unhappy customer and now I have an unhappy customer of my own due to not receiving her shipment.

Thanks for delivering my new Dell monitor... just a shame that it was opened, resealed and jumped on beforehand! The vast amount of sellotape used to reseal it does preserve the boot print nicely though!
When I pointed out the damaged to the delivery driver he just laughed! Wish I found the damage as funny!

My premium increased 43% so I tried to call to cancel my policy. Having been on hold to the call centre for half an hour, I gave up and just cancelled the direct debit.
I then received email stating that my cover was ending 5 days before the policy end date. I called to enquire why and was advised that when direct debits are cancelled, the policy is cancelled 15 days after cancellation. The operator advised that she would cancel my policy from 10 May (when my new insurance started) but would need to reinstate the direct debit in order for the policy to run the extra 5 days. She assured me that another debit would not be taken and this was just an admin issue.
Yesterday I received notification that over £100 was going to be debited from my account before the end of the policy. As I obviously don't want to pay £100 for the 5 days cover, I cancelled the DD. Today I receive an email stating that as they have not heard from me in the last 14 days, the policy is cancelled with immediate effect.
What a shambles of an organisation. I have lost 5 days of cover that I've already paid for!
I use the link via Ebay to generate my shipping labels. Today is the second time that I have paid for a label and the system has failed to generate one. An error shows that there was problem with the payment method and requests I resubmit. I obviously need to ship the item to my Ebay buyer so I have to bite the bullet and pay again. Even though the label does not generate, my bank account gets debited for the cost. Twice now I have tried, and failed to get the duplicate payment refunded via PackLink. It's getting to be a very expensive service to use!!
I opened an account with Chase recently as it had been recommended on several forums as an account with great cashback. So far, I have found the customer service to be great, the app intuitive and easy to use, and they seem to be raising savings interest rates when there's a BOE base rate increase. The only niggle is not having the account numbers on the debit card - they're easy to find on the app, however, finding my reading glasses in order to use the app, sometimes takes a while!

Sent parcel using InPost as this is one of Ebay's partner couriers. Took ages to collect the parcel from the locker (had to drive 25 minutes to find an empty locker to start with!). Got this reply... "Hi Sharon,

Poor Service - needs lower rating than 1* Only rating this company as a 1* because there is not an option to rate lower.
Worked from home all Monday because my KitchenAid appliance was being collected by DPD. Parcel not collected and when I contacted KitchenAid they had been advised by DPD that they couldn't gain access to the property! I was in all day and no one called. KitchenAid kindly asked them to reschedule my collection for the following morning - DPD advised that my parcel would be collected between 10.02 and 17.02. As I could not take another day off work, I had to cancel. Another morning collection requested for today (Wednesday) and have just received confirmation that parcel will be collected between 14.39 and 15.39 today. Another afternoon off work! Not happy and not confident that it will be collected or delivered in one piece.

Received my multicar policy renewal... when I went to renew my policy, the price had increased! Eventually got through to someone who reviewed the costs and took payment. 4 days after the insurance for 4 vehicles expired, I received a call from the customer service rep stating the insurance had not been renewed and she would get someone to call. After speaking to the new business team and getting another quote, I had to check with one of the vehicle owners because the price had increased. The new business team rep agreed to call me later at 16.00 to see if the price was acceptable. No call and I'm on hold for over 10 minutes trying to get through to sort out their admin error!! Seriously unimpressed by the lack of competent customer service and the fact this has resulted in 4 vehicles being driven around uninsured for 4 days!!
1 hour 5 minutes so far on the phone trying to sort this mess. Logging a customer complaint to back up my Trustpilot review as it will probably be deleted!
Driver didn't bother knocking on door - went through our back gate and almost into our kitchen!! Thankfully I managed to catch my free roaming collie.
Seriously unimpressed.

Wonderful customer service from this company – I had a couple of issues with the ordering process but Ronnie went above and beyond to help. Order placed Thursday and wormery received next day!
Product as described, easy to set up and plenty of healthy worms included. Comprehensive instruction manual also contains information to prevent ‘worm wander’… I followed instructions to the letter and all have stayed put.
I’d recommend anyone looking to purchase a wormery to chose Wormcity – everything about the product and the business is 5*!
