"Bulb" is very good, in our opinion. There is only tariff so you know exactly where you are. Also "Bulb" is the ONLY supplier that has ever reduced our monthly payment. They keep us informed of all matters re our monthly DD going out and any other issues, as we always send our usage via their website every month. Therefore after about one year we are not looking to change supplier.

Absolutely ridiculous! I received 2 emails saying we were out and a card had been left, then I received a text today to say that my parcel had been left in my safe place and a card with details had been left. We received zero cards and the parcel was given to me by the delivery driver 10 minutes before this text!
Not very good service, although I did receive the parcel, if no cards with details. Yodel needs to sort out exactly what they say and do. If a company I order from says they say they use Yodel I'll tell them not to bother!

I paid for next day delivery & when I telephoned late in the afternoon I was told delivery would be the next day & my postage would refunded, which is yet to happen. Also!
I requested if we were out to leave the package at the rear of the house, it was left with a neighbour who I did not want it left with. So, product great, service not so good.
