Well boiler engineers called & serviced our boiler. I now understand how busy they can get this time of year. All good now. I take this back now! A hopeless company to deal with.

Hassle Free?

Hassle Free?! It’s taken me 10 days to try & get my annual service. Apparently after 10 days of trying finally booked for the morning Friday 30 September. Didn’t turn up. Called them & they said they would call the engineer would call. He did at 4.45. Well I was going to work then & nobody would be in!
What a waste of time & effort.

It's a useful credit card

It's a useful credit card. My only complaint is, they keep taking a Direct Debit which I did not instigate. As I keep a close eye on my payments it is causing 2 payments to be made.

Their boilers are great but!

Their boilers are great, but I have been trying to contact them via telephone & email to no avail. I know all about the pandemic stuff but an answer would be courteous!
1 July Amazing! A review like this and within 24 hours I now have an appointment for an engineer to service my boiler. If only they had got back to me after leaving a telephone message within 24 hours and an email I sent a couple of days later this would have been a 5 star result. Otherwise, I rate Hassle Free Boilers very highly.
