They Seem To Work.

Cool Joints + seem to work. I have found my joints are improving in some areas. For instance, I used to have terrible pain in my left hand thumb, I had a problem opening jars but that is a lot better now. I also had a clicking sensation in my left hip but that has improved a lot. I shall keep taking them and see what happens in the New Year. I have to say, delivery and customer service are excellent.

iPhone 12 Pro Max Order

We ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max for our Granddaughter as a Christmas present. It was delivered within a very short time span and it is looking very good apart from a rough patch on the top right hand corner, as it was classed as, "Good" we will have to accept that. It seems to be working but until we give it at Christmas that is about all I can say. We are pleased with the service and would recommend Grade Mobile to anyone.

Very Good Service

The phone is for a Christmas present for our Granddaughter, so will not be used until on or after 25 December. I feel confidant that all will be fine as, so far, this company have been great. Delivered very quickly!

So Far Limited Success.

I am nearly half way through the first pack. So far not too much improvement except, in my left hand. My thumb joint can be really painful but it seems to be easing a bit now & I can snap my fingers again, much to the amusement of our granddaughter.

My Swan & Edgar Watches.

My wife bought me a Complexity watch in Rose Gold as a birthday gift, it did have a few problems to start with. However, Swan & Edgar sorted it all out & it's working perfectibility now, it's a beautiful watch. I have just bought the World Timer in Rose Gold & have to say it's an absolutely stunning watch, at a reasonable price.

It was a very nice gift for my granddaughter to give her Nana on Mother’s Day. It said on their ad last orders today for Mother’s Day. However, it didn’t arrive until the Tuesday after.

Unfortunately I can’t give less than 1 Star.

Unfortunately one can’t give less than 1 star! Absolutely useless! We should have bought a new fridge freezer as it is now a month since we first contacted them. Still no fridge freezer & it looks like it’s not going to happen soon. We are furious! Do not use them! Get the person you pay to repair your item not this lot. It’s taken 4 weeks so far! Update, today is 28 February. Now it’s going to take even longer. They say, “Our engineer” it’s nothing of the sort they just farm out repairs to whoever the company is. In this case Hotpoint or Whirlpool as they want to be known. We are sick of the way we have been treated. So it’s official. Our fridge freezer cannot be repaired. So I’m now waiting for the refund for the, “No fix no charge” from “ Big Warranties“ Their sister company, “Go Assist” are saying they cannot refund as it was a pre existing problem. Of course it was! That’s why we called to get a repair done. Do not touch these 2 companies, “Big Warranties & Go Assist” with a barge pole, they are full of promises but do not stick to them. UPDATE. So today 5 April 2023, this company has done the honourable thing! They have, after us keep on and on at them, refunded all our payments. I would still avoid them.

TV Repair.

Our TV was showing a black shadow to the left of the screen. We contacted D&G and they arranged a visit from an engineer to come and fix it, once a part had been ordered, this was within a week, so quite fast. The appointment was made quickly, however, the TV spontaneously fixed itself! The shadow disappeared and went back to normal. So we cancelled the engineer, so all was good.
