I booked successfully so that’s good

I booked successfully so that’s good. The search was good and results relevant.
Then I downloaded the app, tried to upload my tickets there, sadly with no avail (error message does not recognise the details although entered correctly).

Also noticed that for the same trains (as I’d booked) the price in the app for each leg differs by about 3 euros, so that’s inconsistent. Also, the app seems a bit cluttered with all the squares and and faint design, and the header and footer are falling off the screen on my iPhone, so that made it cumbersome to confirm anything or to access the menu. Just a little outdated and could do with an update.

Birthday voucher purchase…

I have only just purchased a birthday voucher so not have any actual game experience but was impressed of the chatbot response and as a follow up also the live agent help ;Andrew). Response was swift, help to decide what is suitable for my group was clear, I was given options and explained everything. It did take us a day and a half to finalise the voucher but they stayed connected to the trail so it was easy to pick up where we left off.

Updated: App problems put me off of buying

Just a happy update to my below story:
The company very swiftly got in touch with me following the review, phoned me and noted all the issues I was having. Even took some suggestions for the improvements on the app.
I never ordered from a company being so interested to understand where things are going wrong. Really impressed. I will be awaiting the potential tech fixes and see how it goes but for now they even gave me a discount for the time I spent talking to them.
This is how it should be. 🙂

We’ve been getting our milk from Modern Milkman for more than a year. Apart from few minor hiccups and some unavailable goods there never was a problem. But what has been happening recently (since the launch of the majorly rejigged app) is absolute shambles.
The adding, removing and cancellation of items is unreliable and that’s a mild word. I had goods turning up that I had cancelled (well in advance), I have multiple times added and app showing the good will come and they didn’t. The overview page featuring the next scheduled delivery doesn’t match up the orders page after making change. I would say it’s mostly happening when you change the pattern of deliveries or when you change numbers of products. The skipping of existing deliveries seems to work.
In the last two months I must’ve reported at least 4 issues of that kind. The staff is helpful and resolves it by amending payments and making manual adjustments but that doesn’t solve the fundamental issues with the app. Staff states the problems are glitches in the system.
I’m writing this review so that the message gets to the developers and managers. I was happy using you guys but now I’m finding myself having to make plans B just in case the milk doesn’t show up, sometimes I end up having no milk in the house. I really don’t want to stop using your company because otherwise I love the whole idea. Please get the things sorted PROPERLY!!!

Quality products for good price

Quality products for good price.
The packing of the products is absolutely beyond any expectations.
Delivery and after-sales care very professional.
I paid extra to get my delivery by certain time. With second delivery DHL was late. Got in touch with Drench and they hunted DHL down for me. In the end I ended up receiving items late. But I was communicated with and checked up on whether I was happy. The only minor thing is that I had to ask for the delivery charge return. They could have offered it knowing it was already late. That said they then refunded me, no trouble.

Really easy to do

Really easy to do. Pleasantly surprised. It was my first time sending parcel. No hassle with labelling, clear instructions to follow and parcel was on its way two hours later. Had overview of every move. Really happy with the whole experience.

Really good service from beginning to end

The company was recommended to me. I liked that they dealt with my enquiry instantly, with understanding and reassurance. I have little time so appreciated them coming to my house for collection. I was sent information via email at the right times (appointment booking, reminder etc).
At the day, one of the guys turned up exactly as agreed. Same with the car return. I have nothing to say to fault their service. Hope I won’t have more chips in a future but if I do, I’d go back to chip away.

For Chatham branch - 5 stars for the whole team

I just completed on my very first purchase of a property, my very own first pad. I used the branch in Chatham who was marketing the flat. The main people that I got in touch with were Sam and Kenny. Ever since the start I was treated like an important customer, the speed of getting a viewing appointment, responding to my questions and checking up on my decisions was impressive. They were motivated to get the purchase going which was not always the case with agencies I had dealt with before. If one of the agents was off, the hand over was seamless, I never felt I had to wait for Ward to make a move.
I particularly appreciated the fact that the contact with me was very personal and it was not all too serious, there was a degree of humour and banter which was making the whole experience of making such decision a lot more relaxed for me.
I was promptly offered an appointment with a financial advisor Dave V., who again was very agile in setting up an appointment for me and getting the best deal for me. Although I did not end up using his service, I consider him a man that is super passionate about his job.
During the buying process, the good service continued via the purchase progresso Leah P. who was promptly communicating with all the involved parties. At few points if it was not for her involvement the purchase could have gone on for a lot longer.
All in all, I was very happy with the whole team, hence I left some chocolates behind and now I am leaving this great review.
