Brilliant Service

I ordered a double sleeping bag after carefully reading product details and reviews. Also checked it was the best price against other sites selling the same item. Website was easy to navigate and the purchasing was easy. The bag arrived extremely quick and we have been very pleased with the purchase. Would definitely use this company again.

Website was easy to navigate

Website was easy to navigate and car insurance details were clear. I felt the annual premium was fair and the cover good. Obviously you cannot be sure how the insurance performs unless you are unlucky enough to have to make a claim. I certainly hope that will not be necessary.

Online Order

Ordered my wine online but had to email customer services as Laithwaites had added a £7.99 delivery charge. This was quickly refunded as the order was to be delivered as usual to our local Laithwaites store. Collected wine from Hersham branch and the Manager could not have been more helpful. Shame Laithwaites have increased the Premier Club annual premium from £40 to £50 so we have had to cancel.

Will definitely use again

As always, excellent, first class work. Plumber arrived an hour after my phone call, was friendly and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, what more could you ask. My husband was a builder for many years and knows the value of a good, reliable firm of plumbers. We will definitely use Palace Plumbers again.

First Time I have ordered online

This was the first time I have ordered glasses online and I am very pleased with them. I ordered one pair which I had made a mistake by choosing frames which were too big. These were returned, I chose a smaller frame, the lenses were made up and the new pair sent to me. I could not fault the customer service and will order again although the there seems to be a limited choice in small/petite women’s frames.

Used Palace Plumbers for the first time having read their excellent reviews. Very impressed with the customer service and speedy appointment to carry out a gas boiler service. Email to inform me of the Service Engineer’s details including his photo. All went according to plan and we will definitely use them again. Very pleased with the invoicing and payment system. Very satisfied customer.

5 days after placing my order I was informed by e-mail that there was a 2-3 month wait for this product. I was offered an alternative which I did not want. Company was very nice to deal with but I lost over a week in waiting for an order which was never going to arrive. Why did they take the order in the first place?
