Disappointed with Technical

The strap on Frances Careline watch perished and could not be worn. I contacted Careline by email and then phone. I was informed a new watch would be sent out to me via next day delivery. It was received and I tried to link it with the box, unfortunately neither myself or Careline (over the phone) were successful. It was Saturday morning and I was informed Technical would phone. By Monday midday I phoned and after spending a considerable time waiting, Technical phoned and informed me the Careline Terms and Conditions specified they had two days in which to return my call! Frances is nearly 101 years old and lives on her own, I felt that leaving her for 4 days, by the time I contacted Careline to Technical returning the call, was too long for anyone dependant on the Careline system to be left with no cover. I was told that a complaint would be made but I have heard nothing. I will say that upto that point, we had been very satisfied with Careline.

Very Satisfied Customers

After nights of not sleeping well, we decided to purchase a Dormeo topper. I can honestly say it was the best buy we have made for a long time. We are definitely sleeping a lot better and it is so comfortable. We did not think it would make that much difference to a nights sleep but it certainly has. Very, very satisfied customers.

Very satisfied customer

I have recently purchased a Dormeo mattress topper from QVC. The online purchase to receipt was just 9 working days. I found the whole experience from watching the online video for the topper to purchase and receipt very easy. I was kept informed throughout and the item was delivered on the date and within the time frame indicated in an email. In my opinion it was perfect.

Delivery problem

Placed my order which was shipped very quick. Sadly, Amazon Shipping delivered my order to the wrong address which was obvious from the delivery photo. This was a Friday, my husband went to the most obvious addresses it could have been left at without success. Emailed Character and I did not get as much as a confirmation email receipt, I tried to phone but no reply, all well before 5pm. I then filled out Character’s online form and explained the situation, absolutely no response to this day (following Thursday). On Monday a complete stranger was kind enough to walk my order round to my house and post it through the letterbox. I was relieved that this person was honest and made sure I received my parcel! So, pyjamas were smashing and good quality but Character’s after sales customer service was non existent which was disappointing.

Reassured by Careline 24/7 Monitoring

From the initial phone enquiry to final purchase, Careline were very helpful, professional and patient. My 98 year old was adamant she did not want any pendant or watch! The family gradually talked her round and in that time Careline did not push the sale but waited for me to contact them to proceed. The setting up was easy and my mother chose the watch which is very light on her wrist. The family is reassured that should there be an incident, Careline is there to call a family member.

Very pleased with my cupcake sprinkles and cases. Good quality and selection made it difficult to choose as they were all lovely. My grandchildren enjoy decorating their cupcakes and biscuits and these are so much nicer than the supermarket.

Brilliant Service

I ordered a folding table which arrived very quick but once opened we noticed it had a large dent on the table top. I contacted Hartleys and they arranged for a courier to collect the damaged table and drop off an exchange at the same time. This was completed in 2 days from contacting Customer Services. We considered this an excellent resolution. The table was exactly what we wanted and value for money. We cannot fault Hartley’s Customer service and would order from this company again.
