Disappointed with Technical
The strap on Frances Careline watch perished and could not be worn. I contacted Careline by email and then phone. I was informed a new watch would be sent out to me via next day delivery. It was received and I tried to link it with the box, unfortunately neither myself or Careline (over the phone) were successful. It was Saturday morning and I was informed Technical would phone. By Monday midday I phoned and after spending a considerable time waiting, Technical phoned and informed me the Careline Terms and Conditions specified they had two days in which to return my call! Frances is nearly 101 years old and lives on her own, I felt that leaving her for 4 days, by the time I contacted Careline to Technical returning the call, was too long for anyone dependant on the Careline system to be left with no cover. I was told that a complaint would be made but I have heard nothing. I will say that upto that point, we had been very satisfied with Careline.
