Hasn’t replied to negative reviews
I sent an order for Gengigel Mouthwash was paid for on 2nd July, I paid over £34, received an email from them on same day saying order had been sent, to date have received nothing from them at all, not happy
I did not receive my £40 order.
I have never wrote a bad review but it's the fact I sent three emails and not been acknowledged.
So that's 40 pound lost with no explanation 😞

I clicked and placed the order to realise, once the order was placed and not able to cancel it , that the prices per item had been up. I emailed Dent O Care immediately about it and haven’t received a response to my email yet , although I received the order.
Not sure I will order from this company again.
It is not honest to increase prices without letting the customer know.

I have paid full price for my order and did not know that only part of it was coming. Since I ordered to Finland, I had to make an electronic customs declaration and pay duties (extra 32,05 eur) calculated based on the full price of the order.
I wrote to the customer support and looking forward to their reply, really hope thay will manage this situation and fix it properly.
Having used DENTOCARE for our dental supplies and always spot on with delivery etc but my last order has gone missing via the postal service , so waited for a couple more days and then contacted DENTOCARE sales advising them of non delivery of my order , I received an email back advising me of a duplicate package inthe post which we received the next day,I must say I was impressed by the quick response from them I certainly would recommend this company for your dental supplies also their prices are very good and competitive , as of yet we haven’t RECIEVED our first package lost by the post office

Order No. 2000025651 placed 02 07 2021 and acknowledged late in the day email received to say order CANCELED. In this day and age why does a Company not have a real time stock level system that warns you when ordering that items are out of stock. A system like this would prevent them selling items not in stock. Wont use the Company again and would warn others to be careful. Pau Lunnon

I was really excited about this produced, primarily because the ingredients are more natural does not have any of paraffin or petroleum We were also hopeful that it would have a 'long-lasting' hold. So pleased with the texture etc.... but alas only has a 4-5 hour hold. We are putting on the adhesive 3 times a day! I am doing everything correctly. If anyone has any ideas as to what we may be doing wrong. We need a product that IS going to stay in 12 hours...
