Palace Plumbers were absolutely amazing - their communication with us was so efficient and helpful, and Mick was an absolute legend. He explained everything to me, answered all my questions and gave me great advice without making me feel like an idiot - given that I know nothing about plumbing, I really appreciated this!

Would absolutely recommend to anyone - Mick moved pipes and installed our washing machine and gas cooker but I'll be calling Palace Plumbers for any and all future plumbing needs!

I needed a replacement ball valve for the toilet cistern. This was booked and carried out very promptly and efficiently. Both the office and field staff were courteous and friendly.

I called Palace plumbers along with 3 other plumbing companies and they were the only ones to be available on short notice and an appointment was arranged within a couple of days. They came to resolve a minor leak in the attic which was all done within the day with the plumber getting the part needed from a hardware shop on the same day also. Top job and would definitely recommend. Cheers!

Always use Palace Plumbers for all our boiler or plumbing issues. They have installed a new boiler, serviced it and fixed toilet blockages. Really easy to deal with - they are all friendly, reliable, and trustworthy guys. Def recommend!

I had called a few local plumbers the previous day and Palace were able to not only give an accurate time for appointment but also a competitive price.
Once on site the issues were identified and I was informed what needed to be fixed and replaced with an estimate of the time to complete the job. ( actually job was completed ahead of the eta)
I was very happy with work completed and will certainly use Palace again in the future.
