I was shopping around and didn't totally know what I was looking for, gave these guys a call and was speaking to someone called Jason, got great advice, a brilliant price and the order was delivered the next day, fantastic service all round!

I thought I would gives tails a go as the website has good info and sounded like a good plan for good food for my dog delivered, price was a bit expensive but I thought I would give it a go as I got the impression it is a good diet for my dog, delivery arrives on time every month but I disappointed that they had a price increase after only a couple of months ( more than making up for the promotion price of month one) now I'm waiting to be informed of the next price increase when I will cease being a customer

The people were great, very helpful and knowledgeable, ordering was simple, the portal to check your design and order was user friendly.
The installer, Krister Ljungberg, was great, such a nice guy and such great work!!! I work from home sat right next to where Krister was doing the installation, I could continue with meetings etc without disturbance, he did the work so fast, he set his workshop outside to keep the noise and dust to a minimum, he was considerate enough to make sure the door the dog didn't go out, the workmanship of his installation was perfect!!! And he left the place cleaner than he found it!!

Jo from Holidays please provides an awesome service, she delivers beyond expectations of the brief. We have been using their service for over 10 years and I still compare their offers with other providers and found them to be more competitive and you get more for your money, customer service is second to none!!

Our agent was great! friendly and very easy to get along with. Always so accomadating and helpful. She was not pushy at all which was a surprise given she worked with us over 5 months period due to our dates and destinations keep changing.
With in 24 hours of each discussion I would have emails detailing a number of options in line with my requirements with the kind of detail telling everything i wanted to know.
I spent a fair amount of time comparing some quotes with what was available out there and i was very plesantly surprised too see i was getting very competetive rates, especially given the amount of time she spent working on this for us....
