I thought I would gives tails a go as the website has good info and sounded like a good plan for good food for my dog delivered, price was a bit expensive but I thought I would give it a go as I got the impression it is a good diet for my dog, delivery arrives on time every month but I disappointed that they had a price increase after only a couple of months ( more than making up for the promotion price of month one) now I'm waiting to be informed of the next price increase when I will cease being a customer

I'm really sorry to hear you're disappointed with our price increases. Please know that we never want to raise our prices; however, we're unable to continue absorbing the rising costs.
Despite rising costs, after carefully considering and exploring other potential suppliers, we've decided to remain with our current suppliers as they've provided high-quality kibbles Enzo knows and loves. We'll continue negotiating with our suppliers and reviewing our internal costs to ensure we can keep the prices affordable for our customers while maintaining the same level of quality.
Enzo's tailored recipe is unique to him, and so is the price you pay. There are multiple combinations of our custom kibbles, which can be tailored to Enzo's nutritional needs (depending on the details in his profile), some of which may work out at lower price points by using more cost-effective ingredients.
