I have two Vaillant boilers, the older EcoTec37 isn't really satisfactory, it doesn't have stable temperature on a consistent basis for hot water. Usually it's ok but on occasion it produces scorching hot water that means the hot almost has to be turned off in mixer tap or shower, then the next time it's used its fine. This apparently was a known problem with my model boiler.

The Eco-Tec28 I bought for my rental property, on the other hand, gets rave reviews from my tenant for its quietness, efficiency and all round reliability. So a mixed bag!

Whilst the reindeer rug seemed good value, and looked good at first within a couple of months it started moulting. At first it was a manageable few hairs a day, but within 6 months the rug was a nightmare, my flat had reindeer hairs absolutely everywhere and it didn't matter which online tips I used to try and stop the process it seemed to accelerate the shedding of hairs. In the end I threw away the rug less than a year after purchasing it.

I certainly wouldn't buy a reindeer rug again, and from online advice about this type of rug it would appear that this problem is common if they are not treated a certain way, killed at a certain time of year, etc.

I was pointed in the direction of Cyclestore by one of the assistants in a local bike shop, as a place I would be able to get a spare part for my cycle helmet, quickly and at reasonable cost. I was not let down, as the replacement part arrived the on the Tuesday morning after ordering it online, on the Sunday evening.
