DO NOT order flowers from them. Condolence flowers were placed on 9/15 for 9/16 delivery in Taiwan, nothing arrived as of 9/26. So I rushed to contact another local florist for flower arrangement for funeral on 9/28. I filed a claim with visa. I received an email from them today 10/7. They took a photo of a bunch at a random place, definitely not the front door of my cousin’s and said it was delivered. If I do not withdraw my visa claim, the local florist will charge the recipient. What’s worse, a very small bunch for $137 deluxe order. Would love to submit their photo of the bunch vs website if I know how. And order confirmation email was $137 but the transaction charged on my visa was $154.48.

You dispatched the order of the plant a day before requested, and I received a message from the recipient saying it was a lovely plant, however, because I sent it across the world, with no photo I have no idea what the plant looked like.But I appreciate your speediness.

Order was never received despite having a "delivered" status on the tracker. Haven't been able to reach them on telephone number provided on google. Tried to submit a message via their contact portal- still no response. Seems like a scam!! It's been nearly 2 months of trying to reach them.

Ordered flowers and chocolates in advance for my friends birthday. Arranged with her hotel that this was happening so that it would have been a special surprise on her arrival at the Hotel. My credit card was debited immediately but no flower or chocolates. The prices they charge are expensive for what they are but if they had supplied the gifts as asked it would have been worth it. As it is everyone is now very disappointed and the surprise can never be replicated as this was for a birthday. If you are reading this review and are considering surprising one of your loved ones look elsewhere. The web site provides no contact numbers. I have reported them to my credit card company as they should not be allowed to debit account and provide no service.

Jollyflorist, after promising to contact me, I have still not heard from you for delivering a bunch of dahlias & a sprig of gypsophila & four wilted roses instead of the premium bouquet of white roses that I ordered and paid Aus$292.00 for. Order#250812138159773.

The photo on the website did not match what was delivered. I had the flowers upgraded to the medium range, it even didn't match the smaller range. It was hugely over priced especially in the local currency. I tried emailing the info email twice prior to enquire on delivery times and never had a respond, the message received says to leave a message on the contact page on website.

I ordered a bouquet for my husband's birthday in Australia. It was supposed to arrive on Saturday, August 23, 2025, but I realized I had entered a slightly incorrect postal code. I've emailed the company multiple times to share the correct address, but I've yet to receive a reply. Even though I entered both my husband's and my phone number and email address when placing the order, I haven't received any notification that the delivery couldn't be made because the address was incorrect. I'm now wondering where the bouquet is and what happened to the money I paid.
