I bought a watch for my sons birthday and was so impressed with the service from Watches of Mayfair that when I was choosing a watch for a BIG birthday coming up for me I pointed my wife in that direction. The first came next day but there was a little wait for the second watch but still arrived earlier than expected. Very impressed with the whole experience and would have no hesitation using them again.
Basically I turned up at the DelPaso desk at Malaga Airport to be told I couldn’t have a car as my credit card only had initials and not full first name! Hideous experience and the call to Holiday Autos got me nowhere so I had to walk to Enterprise and rent directly from them (no problem with exact same credit card). To be honest, it did appear in the small print that that Company needed a full name (bizarrely) but it was the card I booked the rental with (including Full Name as it appears on card……my initials then surname) but they wouldn’t accept it. Del Paso are given a pretty good rating on Holiday Autos web site but be careful as the office was full of annoyed people being scammed. I’m sure I will get some reply from them trying to pacify me with “we understand how disappointing this is blah blah blah” but that is just words. Take action please. I have just booked my next rental as I travel a lot but have not used this lot (try going direct, it may be a little more but so worth it for the lack of hard sell/scamming at the car pick up desk)

It's quite clear from your feedback that you're disappointed and frustrated. The Terms and Conditions of your rental are given to us by the suppliers directly as they provide the car and have these requirements.
I'm very sorry that we cannot offer you the solution and outcome you hoped for.
AVOID this bunch of scammers. Turned up to pick up our pre booked car hire at Malaga Airport and they wouldn’t accept my credit card as it had just my initial instead of full first name despite being the very same card I made the booking with. The agent was rude and disinterested in providing a solution so we just had to leave and walked along the road to book from Enterprise (at a larger cost due circumstances). The office was full of annoyed customers who were being refused for a variety of different scam reasons. If you trust reviews then trust this on, go with a different company.
Sadly I never read the reviews before ordering but I am now another unhappy customer. Bought a large amount of stuff online over 2 weeks ago and still not received a thing although they happily take your money. I have contacted customer services but they are totally useless and I just wish I hadn’t bought a thing. My advice is to steer clear.
For the second time now I have responded to an email drop from this company offering free gift with purchase but when item arrives,no free gift! I contacted the customer service which is shockingly bad and they basically just wash their hands of it and say nothing can be done. Terrible company and will avoid in the future.
This App really doesn’t work. I paid for this a few months ago and set up the auto book for 3 whole months with all the times selected but nothing was coming up. I kept getting notifications for later ones so l thought, let’s change and make all the dates auto book and the notifications stopped. As l was frustrated l paid for another App (Testi) and within a week l had a test booked at my preferred centre. Interesting thing is that it was a date l had selected to auto book so definitive proof it doesn’t work. I have contacted the company twice now by email and on the site messaging to demand a refund but have heard nothing. I paid for the App using Apple Pay and it seems impossible to refund via the App Store so basically getting no where. I really don’t believe the reviews left on here as l am absolute proof IT DOES NOT WORK. Avoid. Amended; so they replied to the review making it look like it was simple to contact them for a refund which l have done (for the 3rd time now) but still no response!

EDIT: Hi Stephen, if you've messaged us we'll be in touch soon. Usually users have absolutely no problem requesting refunds from the app store so we'll look into this. Just to clarify, the app does work in helping re-arrange your test, if you've selected a good couple of months on autobook you can expect results within a week. But, if your test centre is in the London area then it really is the luck of a dice roll and it could take weeks upon weeks, some users may not have success if their date selections are very few.
Called out to look at a blocked gutter soak away so a man turned up and scratched his chin, looked around, questioned access then told me he will need to return with a second person to jet the drain and the office would contact me the following day to arrange. If I am told I will be contacted then it is not my job to chase them up so after 3 days, nothing so l called another local Company in Littlehampton who came out same day and sorted it out (one man on his own). Unreliable.
Returned a product l had just bought as it was a duplicate gift so sent straight back. It was picked up by their approved courier and seemed to take forever but eventually got the email stating they had my item and money will be refunded within 5 working days. After 6 days, still nothing so went on a web chat where l was told it would be 5-7 working days. I informed the advisor this went against the email but it was obvious he just wanted to get rid of me. Shocking customer service and l am still waiting for my refund. Why can other Companies do this instantly and why does your payment go straight out when you buy but they don’t seem to be able to refund....basically daylight robbery as they hold your money for as long as they can. Avoid.

Very happy with the whole experience. Price was good and l was kept informed about progress with a tracking link. Delivered within timeframe. No problem recommending at this stage although l have still not opened the box as it is a gift so not sure about condition.
Very happy to recommend this company. Ordered a new iPad with standard delivery and it arrived within 2-3 days using DPD. Much cheaper than other sites although l haven’t opened the box yet as is a gift. I will say it is a standard Apple sealed box so not anticipating any problems. I am a regular reviewer of websites/products and they are not all good reviews but this one deserves it. Will definitely use again.
Not sure who is writing the good reviews as the experience l am currently having is shocking! Ordered almost 3weeks ago and still no delivery. Have contacted them and at first they told me the courier had lost my item and another was being sent. Still not arrived and they are not answering my questions. I only saved a small amount over other suppliers and wish l had gone with them. If l don’t get it next week, l will contact bank and cancel the transaction. Reply to A Cycles: my order no. is 200045229 and l did receive an email from you telling me that you are raising a complaint with the courier but having read some other reviews, it appears this excuse comes up frequently. As l said before, no arrival this week, credit card company will recover the money.

Have used Ebuyer a few times now and have always been happy with my purchase as the price is always good. Can sometimes get it a little cheaper elsewhere but l can trust this company so stick with them. No hesitation in recommending.
1. The mattress is amazing and can not recommend this enough. Go for it. Really really comfortable. 2. Let down by it not getting delivered on the scheduled day which annoyed me but customer service was good when contacted.
Truly shocking experience. Have ordered many items in the past but on 5 occasions now l have ordered and paid for stuff then waited for a long time beyond estimated delivery so l contact customer service to be told item no longer available and l will be refunded! Overall, they hold my money for 3-4 months and l have now come to the conclusion that this is a scam Company and you should avoid at all costs. It is all just too frustrating. What a joke.

Great price and amazing service with the new washing machine and tumble dryer arriving the next day. Delivery men polite and asked where l would like the items placed. A truly straightforward experience and highly recommended.
Buy a lot of games online and most of the time find it cheaper here. Always quick delivery so not too much waiting. Have no hesitation in recommending this site.
Ordered a bike rack over a month ago with expected delivery in 5-6 days! Numerous E-Mails and phone calls made but no joy apart from some very imaginative stories and excuses. I am in the process of recovering my money using the Visa chargeback scheme. Do not use.
