I ordered 2 x Merino Zip Neck Jumpers

I'm changing this from 1 star to 4 stars as since posting my 1 star review, Charles Tyrwhitt have sent me a replacement order. This is lovely, thank you. Hopefully they've looked at their processes to ensure negative experiences are investigated before they are published on review sites like this.

I trust my replacement jumper will function perfectly. Thank you Charles Tyrwhitt!

We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and I apologize for the disappointment you experienced when reaching out to us about a faulty jumper. In the uncommon event of a faulty item, our standard procedure is to promptly offer a replacement. After conversing with Josh, he acknowledged that addressing this matter was on his agenda for the day; however, regrettably, it was overlooked. I have escalated the issue to his manager for additional training. I've noted that my colleague has initiated a replacement today, and to express our regret for the delay in handling your concern, we will also be sending you a non-expiry E-Voucher.

On hold for 15 minutes just to speak to…

On hold for 15 minutes just to speak to someone to get my policy cancelled. No option to do this online. Also I noticed, no way to cancel "auto renewal" via web portal. They seem to make it difficult on purpose to get anything changed on your policy. The person I spoke to on the phone was very foreign, and poor quality line. Terrible experience.

I'm very happy to give Soho66 a 5 star review. We've been using them in our business for a very long time - probably 10 years.

We never have any issues and on the few occasions I've contacted support they have replied back really quickly - within an hour.

We get calls all the time from VOIP companies trying to get us to migrate away but I'll stay as I'm entirely happy with everything about Soho66.

Unsolicited Spam

I also keep receiving persistent and unsolicited emails from this company. It's very presumptuous and rude.

The company is breaking ICO requirements on handling data, and aside of the legal side aspect, it's also a very poor way for a business to conduct themselves.

I opted out of auto-renewal because I…

I opted out of auto-renewal because I found a much better deal elsewhere. Despite this, I continued to receive emails almost every day telling me that I needed to renew. There were NO unsubscribe links on these emails.

Since the policy lapsed, I'm now being called MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY and being left voicemails telling me that my policy has lapsed and that it needs renewing.

I've now blocked their number and I will never use this provider ever again.

They seriously need to review their renewal process, they need to allow customers to opt out of renewing, and allow them to stop being contacted. Their current process is causing their customers to HATE them.

Fantastic

Fantastic. I didn't realise Decathlon solve such good fitness clothes at such a great price. I had always bought Nike, but was needing to buy a complete range of new kit for a mountain trail run I have coming up. I couldn't believe how much cheaper the price of everything was. I completed a mountain hike at the weekend and confirm everything I bought really stood up to the high requirements I had.

Such a terrible experience

Such a terrible experience, I'll never use this company again. What makes matters worse is that when you leave a negative review, someone from SportsDirect emails you and feels it appropriate to patronise you and blame you for the bad experience that you had. There isn't even the suggestion that they'll pass on your comments for review with upper management. It wouldn't surprise me if the person responding to negative reviews was a bot, or more likely, some random individual from the far reaches of the other side of the world.

Sports Direct arrogantly believe that because they are such a large retailer that there can't possibly be anything wrong with their ecommerce system. Whilst in fact, Sports Direct has a terribly outdated IT system. To complement their shoddy IT system, the provide a poor and frustrating customer service.

Have a look at how many one star reviews this company has. It speaks for itself.

Appaling. 1-star appalling.

If you make a mistake on your order, and want to change it, or cancel it, you can't. Literally, there is no way to change the order, and there's no way to contact anyone, either.

For a website not to provide this kind of functionality in 2022 is not acceptable. It's just absolutely rubbish. I will never shop on this website again.

In this country it's sacrosanct to criticise the NHS - but the truth is, the NHS is utterly failing to provide an acceptable health service to us all.

I had been trying to get a GP appointment for MANY WEEKS without success.

I contacted Gogodoc. Within 30 minutes, a GP called me. After a straight forward telephone consultancy I was diagnosed. 30 minutes later I was in receipt of a digital prescription, which I arrnged to have posted to me.

One day later my prescription had arrived.

I will use Gogodoc for all future GP appointments and my wife and children will be doing the same.

Terrible

Terrible, terrible, terrible.

They don't have enough people working on the telephones. I've needed to speak to them several times over the last few weeks and I am on hold for 45 minutes upwards. It's extremely annoying as they have on repeat saying that they are "very sorry". They're not very sorry, they need to employ more staff!

Bad experience

Bad experience. I won't use again.

I filled out the very detailed application form that took me a long time to complete.

I spoke to one of the L&C's mortgage advisors and she asked me how I intended to spend the equality that would be released from the re-mortgage.

I answered that I did not have any plans on how to spend it. WRONG ANSWER.

Apparently it's not allowed, banks won't lend on this reason. Fair enough I thought. I said to her I'd go away and decide how to spend the funds. She said "too late, you've already told me you don't know - you're not allowed to decide now"

So that's the end of that one. Such a waste of time!

I paid for Tracked 48 but they must have upgraded me to Tracked 24 because it arrived the next day !!

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever.

We've been a very long term customer of SendGrid. Out of the blue, they suspended our account. It was impossible to speak to anyone about this, a week has passed and they still never got back to us, so we lost all of our emails that were sent to customers.

We've moved away from SendGrid now and will NEVER use them again.
