On hold for 15 minutes just to speak to…

On hold for 15 minutes just to speak to someone to get my policy cancelled. No option to do this online. Also I noticed, no way to cancel "auto renewal" via web portal. They seem to make it difficult on purpose to get anything changed on your policy. The person I spoke to on the phone was very foreign, and poor quality line. Terrible experience.
