Such a terrible experience
Such a terrible experience, I'll never use this company again. What makes matters worse is that when you leave a negative review, someone from SportsDirect emails you and feels it appropriate to patronise you and blame you for the bad experience that you had. There isn't even the suggestion that they'll pass on your comments for review with upper management. It wouldn't surprise me if the person responding to negative reviews was a bot, or more likely, some random individual from the far reaches of the other side of the world.
Sports Direct arrogantly believe that because they are such a large retailer that there can't possibly be anything wrong with their ecommerce system. Whilst in fact, Sports Direct has a terribly outdated IT system. To complement their shoddy IT system, the provide a poor and frustrating customer service.
