The quality of their linen shirts are truely appalling. Ten or so wears in and the shirt is literally falling apart at the seams. It's as if the fabric is as weak as toilet paper.
I wish I'd read Hawes & Curtis Trustpilot reviews before making a purchase. Hawks & Curtis are not a premium brand.
It's a shame I can't post photos on this review as the photos would speak for themselves.
I cared for this shirt, washed is delicately, didn't tumble dry it. I remain astonished how fragile and weak the fabric and stitching is.
I've unsubscribed from their horrible spammy and annoying emails and I will have nothing further to do with this terrible clothing company.

I’ve just had to pay pay £145 to leave Plusnet early because I’m moving out of the UK. Pricey, yes - but here’s what's even worse:
1. Dismissive service. The customer service agent, “Mohammed” couldn’t have cared less that I was leaving. I asked whether a long‑standing customer (years, not months) could get the fee reduced. He flat‑out refused and made it clear my loyalty meant nothing.
2. Zero ownership. When I said I’d never come back and would pick another provider when I return to the UK next year, he, yet again, didn't care.
3. Marketing vs. reality. Plusnet loves to tout its “Best Customer Service” award, but its Trustpilot score hovers around 2.0. That isn’t award‑winning, it's warning: we're almost a scam company.
High exit fees are one thing; being treated like you're worth nothing to them is another. If this is Plusnet’s idea of “best,” I’d hate to see their worst.
Always a 100% fantastic service. Only slightly let down by them not having any refills in stock after this order. Vape UK did reach out to me and let me know it's a temporary issue, and they'll be back in stock soon so I'll be back for a resupply soon!
Arrived quickly. Whole experience buying online was pleasant.

There's a bug on the voucher.buyagift.co.uk page, meaning there's no 'pay' button.
Tried speaking to support but it looks like it's some kind of AI bot, or someone who can't understand or speak English.
It's infuriating that you want to spend money with this company but there's nobody to talk to about a bug that's on - their - website.
REPLY: I do not appreciate your AUTOMATED BOT REPLY. This further confirms my original issue that I have complained about. There is NO WAY to speak to a human at this company!

I started on a business tariff with them in October last year. They haven't responded to ANY of the emails that I've sent them. They haven't sent me the correct bills, they don't seem to have registered any of my meter readings.
I've submitted a change of tenancy form as I moved out of the office, again, it's been completely ignored by Tomato Energy. They keep taking money out of my account, even though I am no longer in the office.
If you're looking for a supplier for your business then AVOID this company because they're completely impossible to contact to get any issues solved, and it seems impossible to leave them.
UPDATE: Information has been supplied to Tomato. Let's see if they do anything.

Came here to write a one star review, and I'm not surprised in the slightest to see a horrifically poor rating for British Airways. It's so low, the kind of low you see for scam websites.
My first and last experience is due to the fact that they cancelled our flights that were due to depart on Boxing Day. They gave us no alternative carriers that we could fly with. I had to get a refund and fly with a different operator. With it being so much closer to Christmas we had to pay £2000 extra for our flights.
I started a complaint with BA but have been effectively ignored. Completed ghosted. I shall be complaining externally about this terrible organisation but either way, I'll never travel with them again. I hope they go bust.
I really don't appreciate the unsolicited email spamming that this company does. I don't know this company at all, yet "Sam Brown" - a Sales Manager feels it acceptable to keep sending me emails, even offering free accounting services.
No reputable accountants should be email spamming businesses, or offering free services. Any decent accountants are busy, they don't need to employ these unprofessional marketing practices.
UPDATE: In response to their reply: You're not marketing like any other company though, you're buying email lists and spamming companies looking for business.
This is completely unprofessional behaviour. It is not that I "don't like your marketing emails". It's that I NEVER SIGNED UP TO RECEIVE THEM. Please educate yourself about how you should conduct yourself when performing marketing activities.
May I suggest you have a read of The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) as a starting point. If you send me any more unsolicited emails I'll report you to the Information Commisioners Office (ISO) and the Financial Reporting Council (FRC)

Hi Peter,
We're sorry that you do not like our marketing emails. Just like any company, we use marketing to reach our potential prospects. You are able to unsubscribe from these at any time.
I've just come to renew my policy, as it expires 23 December but we have a holiday booked on 26 December. During this policy I didn't need to make a claim, so I can't really review Oasis based on the cover period.
I was going to renew with Oasis, however, I decided to filter their TrustPilot reviews based on the keyword "claim". Take a look at how many 1 star reviews there are based on this. It's nearly 100% 1 star reviews.
On the face of it, this looks like a great travel insurance company, but the reality is, if you do need to make a claim, it's seems HIGHLY IMPROBABLE that they will actually pay out.
When choosing a travel insurance company you want to be sure that they will honour the policy and actually pay out, otherwise, you're throwing money away and more worryingly, you're putting yourself at great risk to yourselves, and your family, should something unthinkable happen during your trips.
I've done a search on other providers using the same method, by filtering by "claim". Other providers have many 5 star reviews from their customers saying that they were paid in the event of making a claim. This is the reassure that I need to make sure I book with a company that I can trust.

Reply from Oasis Insurance
Hi Peter,
Thank you for taking the time to leave Oasis a review and we're sorry to read your negative review.
To help address some of your concerns, we ask customers to review Oasis Insurance on a number of things. This could be the product, sales process, price or claims. Naturally other companies will send Trustpilot reviews following a successful claim, whereby Oasis will leave this open for a customer to review us at any time in the process. As you can appreciate, customers will naturally leave a negative review when a claim has been declined, however all claims are paid out in line with the terms and conditions of the policy, which is in line with the travel insurance market and the competitors you've reviewed. There are also positive 5* reviews following a successful claim.
In addition to the above, we have paid out over £2.5m in claims since launch, which will hopefully alleviate any concerns regarding Oasis Insurance not paying out as we absolutely do.
Oasis Insurance is built on trust, with the aim to make travel insurance as simple as possible for our customers. Therefore based upon your review I hope this response helps build further trust with yourself, that Oasis will be there in your time of need.
Should you need anything further or would like to discuss your renewal in more detail, please feel free to reach out to us on 0330 041 8147 or via travel.sales@oasis-insurance.co.uk.
We had our Leesa for 8 years, and it still felt as good as new. Unfortunately we left it with the house when we moved. I've just come to buy a new Leesa and found out that they stopped selling in the UK a long time ago. It's sad to hear this, as I would have been buying another one without question! I'm surprised by the amount of 1 star reviews all left more recently on this page. Leesa was a beautiful mattress and served us with 8 years of amazing decent sleep!
This company has spammed me via WhatsApp. A totally unsolicited message. Businesses shouldn't be doing this, it's illegal. "Jojo" should be educated as to the information contained in the Data Protection Act 2018.
I keep getting spammed by this company. I've never contacted them, I'm not interested in advertising at their Haydock Park Golf Club. I'm not interested in 24 x 4 Balls of Complimentary Golf Rounds.
This company should not be mass spamming businesses, it's against the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. Essentially, it's illegal for this company to be sending out these kind of spam emails.
I keep getting spam emails from this company. I've never signed up to emailing list, and have absolutely no interest in advertising with golf businesses. They must be literally spamming every single business they can find within a 10 mile radius. It's a terrible practice, they need to stop it immediately.
Trying to use the upgrade tickets feature on their website to upgrade to Premium. Every time the payment goes through, the website crashes. I now have 5 x £50 locks on my payment card which have been on there since yesterday. Website simply doesn't work properly.
It's probably better to ask me for a review once I've been on holiday. It's in 4 months time guys. Send me a review request then!

Hello Peter,

We apologise should you have felt your invitation to review us was received too early, we please hope that you take the chance to leave us further feedback after you have travelled.
We hope you go onto have a lovely holiday, and thank you for leaving us a review.
I never signed up to receive marketing emails from this company but nevertheless they keep being sent to me. They are extremely annoying and the whole tone of the email is rude and aggressive.
I'm not sure if "Crissalyn Mancenon" is a real person or not, but they need to seriously review their marketing practices and stop bombarding companies with emails. Totally unacceptable.
I spent a lot of time researching this company, including reading through all the comments on their Facebook page and also the Trustpilot reviews. I was concerned with what the content of the 1-star reviews were saying, along with the warning that was on Water2's Trustpilot page stating that they had reason to believe that the page contained "fake" reviews.
Since Water2 are very responsive on Facebook, I posted a message stating that I was very interested in buying the product however was concerned about the issues I have explained above about the situation on Trustpilot's platform.
I was astonished to find that my comment had been deleted from their Facebook page.
This seems incredibly suspicious and this kind of action would not have been done by a genuine company.
Therefore, I will not be purchasing Water2's product and strongly advise others to investigate this company carefully before buying anything from them.
REPLY: I can't show you the comment because you deleted it.
