I ordered 2 x Merino Zip Neck Jumpers

I'm changing this from 1 star to 4 stars as since posting my 1 star review, Charles Tyrwhitt have sent me a replacement order. This is lovely, thank you. Hopefully they've looked at their processes to ensure negative experiences are investigated before they are published on review sites like this.

I trust my replacement jumper will function perfectly. Thank you Charles Tyrwhitt!

We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and I apologize for the disappointment you experienced when reaching out to us about a faulty jumper. In the uncommon event of a faulty item, our standard procedure is to promptly offer a replacement. After conversing with Josh, he acknowledged that addressing this matter was on his agenda for the day; however, regrettably, it was overlooked. I have escalated the issue to his manager for additional training. I've noted that my colleague has initiated a replacement today, and to express our regret for the delay in handling your concern, we will also be sending you a non-expiry E-Voucher.
