My order was supposed to arrive Saturday (paid extra for 1st class) but it didn't arrive, i messaged them today (Mon) asking where my order was as it's the recipients birthday tomorrow and asked for a refund as the card is now pointless due to not being able to see her on her birthday as we're in lockdown.

At 9pm i get an email from them saying my order has just been dispatched, absolutely disgusting.

Use anyone else Moonpig, FunkyPigeon just stay far away from this awful company.

Registered to their site, done everything as asked and still unable to get the discount code as promised. They make you jump through alot of hoops and make things confusing just so you give up, but hey at least they got you to sign up to their site so they can spam you later on.

Edit: Wow what a generic robot response, this has nothing to do with a code that's expired, the code in question is still valid it's just the horrible process you have to go through to claim said code.

Useless, book arrived with bent corner, in the process of getting refund.

2 items missing from order which would be fine if i got refunded but i haven't.
Also a note to your monkey staff don't bag toiletries with food, i had shower gel leak on some of it.

Appalling customer service, they take forever to reply and are not helpful when trying to amend order. I chose this site because there seemed to be quite abit of praise from the reviews here but i was wrong to do so, i don't know if these reviews are paid for or i'm just incredibly unlucky but i won't be ordering from here again.

They're quick to take your money and then offer poor service.

Edit: Well this is a turnaround, they closed early yesterday but today InstantPrint impressively stepped up and fixed any issues i had and more, thank you Harry for the help.

Edit2: Back again and unfortunately removing a star, prints arrived today however postman bent it when the packaging said ''PLEASE DO NOT BEND'' i suggest putting prints in sturdy tubes to prevent this from happening.

Delivery time kept getting pushed back and terrible substitutions, you want me to pay the same price for the same item but with less contents? Pfft you can shove it Asda i'll stick with Tesco from now on.

Tried making a claim for an item that arrived damaged so i could return and get a refund, Paypal took sellers side even though i had evidence they never asked for it they just closed the case. Awful company.

Okay place to find deals but don't bother putting up any deals to help people (especially as a new user) the community is very hostile and will downvote and attack you, one person accused me of using guerilla marketing tactics when i was just trying to explain my best the deal i was sharing.

Disgusting customer service, they ignore support tickets and are impossible to get through to on the phone. They have taken my money for a pre order which I cancelled and haven't refunded me.

Edit: I have now received my refund after opening a PayPal dispute.

They've taken my money and haven't delivered my item, i've tried contacting them on their site and Twitter but have recieved no reply. I would highly recommend avoiding these thieves even if it costs you a little bit extra elsewhere.
It wouldn't surprise me if some of the positive reviews were by people who were payed or asked by Video Game Box to show they are a reputable company.

Bought a PS3 game as ''new condition'' and recieved a pre-owned copy, false advertising, this is not the first problem i've had with Game.co.uk but it sure as hell will be the last. Also they're customer service is terrible.

During the 5 weeks of waiting for my order (and still waiting) i've contacted Play Asia many times, while i can't fault they're customer service this whole experience has been painful. Not only am i still waiting for an order after 5 weeks but i've been told i now have to pay an additional £11.75 (over half the price of the order) in customs fees (i live in the uk btw). I thought i was getting a deal however i've paid much more when i could of got it cheaper elsewhere.
This experience has soured me, i can't recommend this site and i don't think i'll be a returning customer.

I've purchased many games from the Shopto site and have never been let down with any deliveries, they provide a fast and reliable service and if you order before 5:30pm on a weekday you can probably expect it to arrive the next day.

Quick, simple & easy, i recieved payment roughly a week after giving them my phones.
