He blocked the street with a line of cars behind him and then asked me to help him unload the van which i declined and then in a strop he threw my groceries on the pavement in the rain, he should be fired honestly.

Never showed up

Never showed up, site said unsuccessful delivery, rang several times and finally got an answer, apparently the van broke down so now i starve tonight.

Update: Order arrived following day however missing 17 items! The incompetence is staggering.

Update 2: Managed to get the missing items re-delivered for tomorrow (hopefully they are not out of date) the woman i spoke to on the phone was an angel and very helpful however 3 deliveries just to get the groceries i paid for is a joke.

Update 3: I CAN'T BELIEVE IT THEY GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE'S SHOPPING THE DRIVERS ARE ACTUALLY DUMBASSES I'M SHOPPING ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON!!

(9:24am) gives reading

(11:30am) I'm sorry can you provide me with another meter reading.

(11:32am) gives another reading

(11:48am) ask for another reading

(11:51am) gives another reading

(15:58pm) One moment.

They basically do this on repeat wasting your time and never resolving your issue, they force you into massive debt.

Had my order delivered last night

Had my order delivered last night, one of the drinks had a puncture and leaked in bag, a 4 pack of ice cream only had 3 ice creams in the box and the missing items which were unavailable they refunded me the incorrect amount.

The one star is for the polite delivery driver.

Waste of time, wrong sizing

Bought 3 pairs of jeans, all different sizes, none of them fit. Their sizing is way off i have smaller waist jeans that fit but bigger sizes that don't.

Used to be good now completely unreliable, several of my orders on different occasions have been delayed, been waiting 2 weeks for my current order.

Their customer service team is useless, they just keep claiming it's been dispatched and to continue waiting.

Emailed about an enquiry, your associate 'Shivam' didn't even answer my question, i was told you don't stock new books even though on your website it says you sell them as new.

What?

I just needed confirmation if a book was in English.

Shivam has responded to your email stating as follows: “We do not stock new books and only source them directly from the supplier on order. Therefore, we cannot manually check the item for any specific detail.”

Yes we do not stock new books but source them on receipt of customer orders and dispatch it from our warehouse once we have the item to hand. I hope that answers your “What?”

Going back to your query on the language of the 'Black Lagoon' titles, you can get this information from Google. Or by searching for the title on Amazon UK. I will feedback to our product listing team and ask why this crucial info is not mentioned on our own website, which I am sure will be helpful.

Just for future reference, an ISBN, if it starts with 9783… the book is in German language.

South West Water are crooks

Been trying to sort out a water leakage for months, it's fixed now and trying to claim water leak allowance from SWW is a nightmare, 3 times they've asked me to take a water leak test, 1 week in between each one, my account has been put on hold 3 times and bill still not paid yet.

They asked me to ring them today and because i was on hold so long that 1 call took all my credit and it didn't resolve anything.

UPDATE 21/05: These condescending a**holes still haven't fixed my problem and they are putting me in debt, they are the most useless company i have ever had to deal with, avoid at all costs!!

Their site is appalling, after you’ve put everything in your basket it usually freezes/crashes with a 50/50 chance it resets your basket wasting a lot of time.

Also they’ve sneakily rised the prices on a lot of items.

I've ordered 6 books since last…

I've ordered 6 books since last Thursday and none of them have dispatched, there was a bank holiday on Monday so i'll give them that but it still seems to be taking longer than expected, i will adjust the stars on this review if they arrive within the next few days but it's not looking good.

Now when i try to access their website i get ''Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead'' page, have they been hacked or something??

Their website is appalling

Their website is appalling, filled up my basket earlier and it got deleted for no reason, tried again several hours later and just as i'm about to checkout i now have some kind of glitch where the basket says N/A and i can't checkout even though all my items are there.

Spoke to Louisa who said she’d call me back as having issues with setup, they gave me no activation code with box and she never called back. As a new customer this is disgusting service.

Birthday disappointment

Cd arrived today with package already open, the cd holder was broken so the cd's had fallen out of the case, scratches on the outside of case and this was marked as ''like new'', for what i paid i expected better, thanks for the disappointing birthday present won't be buyiing here again.

1 star because atleast the cd's work.

Now your websites down so can't even contact terrible company.

Edit: One of the songs on the cd is missing, just wow!

Edit 2: They never got back to me, the message below is just them covering their a** and making it look like they're helping.
