Council tax line - Credit where credit is due. I phoned with 5min until the line was due to close not expecting anyone to pick up. By the time I had gone through the automated infuriating system it left 2mins. Out of stubbornness I stayed on the line and literally on the dot of closing time someone picked the phone up. I wish I had got her name, it was 12.55 on 7/8/25. I had a simple query this time, which was answered, but my review is to that person who picked the phone up at the 11th hour so to speak. Thank you
Great delivery as the chaps phoned about an hour before delivery. Also you get a message the day before giving a 2 hr time slot. This is the 6th wooden bed frame I have purchased from dreams as they are good solid and reasonably priced bed frames.
After seeing this product advertised on TV ( I am not usually a sucker for this kind of endorsements) but I do believe in natural products as possible. The bee venom sounded an interesting concept to me. I know from previous research that if the skin is mildly irritated then the body works harder to repair it. I ordered at nearly £100 (add delivery) a tub the Bee Venom Mask 60ml. Firstly it is a nice cream feels on par with Charlotte Tilbury or even a much lower end of the market cream. I did not feel any tingly! I was expecting to as that is what I thought the whole purpose was. I emailed to ask what the Venom Bee sting ingredient was in the cream. The answer came back as ABEETOXIN. Although I see the advertising Abeetoxin on the tub it is nowhere on the list of ingredients. I wrote to them again to ask why this is as the list of ingredients should be listed in descending order of predominance - the ingredients present at the highest percentage is listed first. The Abeetoxin is not even in the ingredient list. It did take 5 days for the first reply so I advised I would give them sometime to respond before I wrote my review.It has now been 12 days and no reply to my simple question. I have been using the product over 3 weeks now daily morning and night but cannot say I have seen any difference. There are lots of good reviews and it seems to work for others which is good, however for me due to lack of evidence, lack of communication from the company, and the price - I will not be buying any more products from Heaven by Deborah Mitchell.

Candice wrote a glowing customer review for Thomas at Dorothy Perkins customer service. I would love Thomas's contact number as I have sent numerous emails picturing a shrunk pair of trousers via email and have had responses by a different person each time all saying they cannot see the pictures. I have sent theses emails to 2 other email addresses and funny but those people can see the photos. Not that I see how sending a photo of a pair of shrunk trousers help??? As another reviewer pointed out on here too. So please let me SPEAK to Thomas or SPEAK to anyone as we are playing ping pong with email here!!!!!

When a faulty item claim is received, we reserve the right to request evidence of this and files would need to be the standard JPG or PNG. Pro 1. Quick delivery to the store - very convenient 2. Price and quality are reasonable
Con 1. The items arrived with cheaper tags on them - only by £2 each item but for me it is the principle. I had to waste time phoning, getting through to the right person to get a refund. For me it was only £8 but how many other people has this happened to? Again with companies its a TRUST thing!! 2. Their Long trousers are not that long and even their XL are just about long enough. I am a size 10/12 and 5ft10" they seem to be shrinking? I am the one who should be shrinking with age LOL :)
Bought an American fridge freezer from ao.com online. Prices very competitive, delivery was easy to book, some days you pay a small charge for some are free and could have had it delivered within a couple of days. Delivery guys called me 20 min before drop off as requested. They brought it into my kitchen and removed the packaging and took the old freezer away (small extra cost) well worth it though. When I had a question for customer service they answered quickly and resolved the issue just as quick. The girl on the phone was very polite and pleasant. All in all a very easy and pleasant service from start to finish. Thank you
I order the caffitaly coffee pods for the machine I have. Order is always very prompt. This last time the delivery was the next day. However the warehouse had only put one box in instead of 2. I contacted them and another box was sent out after the weekend when they stated which was absolutely fine as I had one box to keep us going. What was nice was the no hassle customer service we received. Many companies fail in this department lately
Like another reviewer here I have had a similar experience and not in a good way. We bought a new build house 4 years ago and 31/2 years ago the builder installed a Halcyan water softener at a cost of around £700. I only drink hot water so I see the amount of limescale that we get.. Within the 12 months I emailed Halcyan and sent photos of large chunks of limescale from the kettle and around the kitchen sink. I received a comprehensive email explaining why this should be!!!! I was very confused with all the science. I still get lots of limescale. I’m forever wiping the shower heads down due to the limescale in their little holes. I hate to think what the inside of our appliances eg the boiler looks like. My builder also installed one in his newbuild house but is in the process of claiming back from Halcyan as he is not impressed either. Like a previous reviewer, I’m sure because of the time gone by we also would’ve lucked out. Halcyan give a 30 year guarantee!!! but what is that guarantee for as it doesn’t do what it says. I’m sorry Halcyan but unfortunately your product does not work and how do you justify the price tag. I wouldn’t waste your money on this product. Or maybe we have just had a faulty product??

The 12 month performance guarantee and 30 year manufacturers warranty are separate policies and we do make this very clear. We would've been more than happy to resolve your issues within the 12 month guarantee period. As I'm sure you can appreciate we can't extend this policy indefinitely.
Great to have mattresses delivered so quickly. The delivery guys were great and the messages received before delivery informing of time and what position you are on their schedule is extremely helpful. II have dropped a star as had ordered a silentnight moretto mattress for my daughter as I have had them previously but the one to arrive was different to previous mattresses. Although stating same name etc it feels different (still OK she says) so that maybe something to bear in mind
Great experience for the third time in a few weeks from various companies that have used Panther. You receive an email the day before informing you of a two hour time slot. On the day you receive a message with the drivers name and number - really handy for both sides of you live in a hard to reach or strange address. You even can see where your driver is and what number you are on there deliveries. The guys were polite on all occasions when delivering my products. I ordered a TV from Samsung with next day delivery and it was the next day - they obviously work hard throughout the night. A company that does delivery the right way. Well done and thank you

They gave me a quote which was better than anyone else. Sent me a code via email. I sent my phone via post office. Received notifications all the way and within 3 days I had the money that they had stated in my bank Absolutely no problems at all. I wondered if they would say the phone wasn’t worth what they had quoted etc ( phone was in immaculate condition ) but still thought some unscrupulous companies try it on but not music magpie. 100% recommend. I want to give it a 3.5. If you have never had an ultimate O from Ann summers then you will find it good. However it’s not as good as the original pink version. The new blue version is way noisier and doesn’t quite hit the spot as the pink one used to. It maybe the noise actually puts me off a little so less relaxed but I wish companies wouldn’t try and fix what ain’t broke. Bring back the pink ultimate O.
